Big Sparkling Eyes
I have moonstone and high octane, I put moonstone under my brows and high octane near my lashes and it really opens up my eyes. The big thing about these shadows is that they do not drop at all and go on so smoothly, like silk and stay put all day without having to be touched up. I am 71yrs young and have always worn eye makeup as I feel our eyes hopefully are the first thing people look at when they are speaking to you. Please can we have more colours in this wonderful product, it's definately the best shadow I have ever used and I've tried them all.

1st of all Bobbi brown need to make these luxe eye shadows permanent!!! Usually, Im not a fan of BB eye shadows the formula is a bit too dry and patchy for me except for the cream shadows (which I love!). I think I can hardly find any shadow that provide such luxurious finish, the shimmer and sparkles are so finely milled and somehow BB has pulled off really great with the color of sparkles and shimmer because it just look lux!!! Im obsessed with metal rose, moonstone (omg literally the best sparkles shadow, it makes your eyes look wet). It's also quite pigmented , apply easily with finger or brushes , instantly feel luxurious after applied:x

Makes me feel so glamourous and sparkly!
I bought this online in shade Moonstone after seeing a few tutorials on instagram with some makeup artists using the product. This is an amazing product - it can be applied over other eyeshadows like black plum, or smokey eye shadows to give instant glamour. It can also be applied on its own, for a treat or for an evening look. Simply dab it on your finger and press it onto your eye lid. It is buildable - you can apply more of it to your eyelids if you like a more concentrated look. I have only applied it when dry so far but I know you can also apply it when its wet - I'm looking forward to trying this out and also to try other shades out as well. It is such an amazing product - another favourite!

Very disappointed with Volcanic
Moonstone is a really nice, sparkly shadow, but I was left extremely disappointed with Volcanic. It isn't how it appears in the photos at all. The base is a mucky brown, with some purple glitter on top. The glitter doesn't really show through with a purple colour, despite experimenting with wet/dry applications and different layering. A really expensive waste of money which puts me off using Bobbi Brown eye shadows, and I'm normally a fan.

A party essential
I wore the 'Moonstone' shade of this eye shadow to death all over the Christmas and New Year period (party season) and it was so easy to apply leaving a high impact look. Whether it was worn on its own or on top of another shade it looked really pretty. I was also advised to dampen my eye shadow brush and then apply if I wanted better pigmentation

2 faulty?
I bought moonstone and metal rose. Both lovely shades. The metal rose is perfect on its own or blended. However, both eyeshadow cakes came loose from the pan within a month of use. I dont travel with them, they stay in my makeup bag so hadn't been knocked etc... the only BB product ive been disappointed with quality wise.

THE BEST COLOUR PAY OFF
This is a seriously good eye shadow - beautiful metallic colours, high-impact colour pay-off and serious versatility in terms of wearing on its own, wet/dry or over a cream shadow. My new party makeup must-have!

Beautiful colour Stays on forever Glitter is SOOOOOO pretty Can look really natural however if you put on a little more, it can look so dramatic. LOVE THIS PRODUCT
