Quick fix for tired eyes
I brought these to help with my puffy dark circles. They instantly cool calm and brighten my under eyes, i use just before applying my eye makeup, and it helps my concealer go on smoother.

Understand that the eye patches should be applied to cleanser skin but should skin be damp or dry for best results please?
Dry! You could mist your skin after you have cleansed but definitely apply these to dry skin

However, most people tend to use them 2/ 3 week to keep down maintenance costs.
