Please change it back to how it was
Not as good as it was. Recently it’s changed for the worse. I bought this for years. But no more. It’s not as fresh, sharp or zingy. I’m out.

After Shave Soothing Toner ≠ After Shave Energizer
Clarins have stopped selling their "After Shave Energizer" product, which I have used for many years. It was my favourite after shave product by any company.
The "After Shave Soothing Toner" appears to have replaced this product as it was automatically substituted in my subscription. The new product does not have the same scent, nor does it feel the same when applied after shaving.
The new product doesn't sooth shaving burn in the same way as the "energizer" product.

This product has changed
I’ve been buying this for a couple of years and thought it was a fantastic product that really helped my skin after a shave. I have just purchased another bottle, and well it seems completely different. The bottle is different and the formula doesn’t feel as sharp and not as good. Generally disappointed and may not purchase again.

Something has changed
The formula of this product appears to have changed. My husband used it many times before and it’s not as cool and refreshing as it was. The scent is much stronger and it appears to have lost some of the antibacterial properties it once had
