Changed formula
I've been using this shower gel for years and treated myself to a new one plus refill pack. I was horrified to discover that instead of the previous uplifting essential oil scent, what greeted me was more akin to cheap washing up liquid in both appearance and scent. Please revert the formula.

Clarins shower concentrate

A change for the worse
I have used this product for a long time and loved it's aroma and feel, however my recent purchase is inferior in aroma and feel. It smells very strange and has a watered down feel. I have been in touch with Clarins who tell me the formula has changed for ethical reasons. I cannot get a straight answer on why customers have not been informed especially as they are so proud of their ethical approach. If you loved the old formula I would urge caution in buying the new one.

My favourite bath and shower gel
I love this bath and shower gel … it smells like you are at the spa! I really like the fact it’s a refill so no waste on the plastic bottles anymore.

Why Change a Great Product
Why have you changed the ingredients in this product ? It is no where near as good as original. It does not lather well and although the smell is okay it’s not as good as original. Customers should be warned when purchasing .. just a waste of money. Two great products I’ve used for years … Relax & Tonic .. both changed and will not purchase again..
