Used to be great, but won't buy again
Clarins! Why, oh why have you changed this product? I bought this shower gel on and off for years. I hadn't purchased it in a while so got some last week. Was so long forward to it but it is a shadow of the product it used to be.
The consistency of the gel is MUCH thinner, doesn't lather nearly as well and the smell is weak. It is the same fragrance but not as strong. Have you don't this to cut costs?
I have been on a few forums and it's so interesting to see customers who obviously remember what the quality of this shower gel used to be. You can't fool your customers. It is has so obviously been altered and not for the better. I'm gutted to say I won't be buying it again.

Why change the smell
I have been using this product for many years and then after using my most recent purchase I thought the product had gone off due to the unpleasant smell. It was the great smell that drew me to this product in the first place. I have now read many reviews only to find out that the formula has changed. In the past I have suffered from an itchy scalp and tried this one after trying many other brands, it worked and still does. But the smell is not that nice, why change something? Whoever made this new formula did they not try the product first before launching it?

Used to love it
Really not happy with my latest purchase it does not have the same fragrance it normally does, it’s one of my favourites so I am really disappointed with this ☹️

the scent lighter since 2021
the new formula moved parfum/frangrace from 4th to 9th, so the after scent won't linger as longer as it used to be...pity...

Good not Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this I thought that this would make my hair feel clean balanced and soft. Well it does everything except making your hair soft. You deffinately need to make a conditioner for mens hair clarins. Squeaky clean is good but not when you need to use another brands conditioner. So my recommendation would be to make an all in one or a seperate conditioner. The latter would be better as you could vary the types of conditioner.

Dual action product after duel action workout
This is a great product for using at home or taking to use after a workout at the gym. A firm favourite that has a great cleansing power and a fresh and masculine fragrance. The fact that it is equally good as a shampoo and body wash makes it the ideal product for men.

Wonderful smell and consistency
My husband loves this. He is practically bald on top of his head and so thinks that using shampoo for his hair is a waste of time and money. This is ideal for him as it does both. A 10p coin size amount of this is more than enough to do the job, so it lasts for ages. 🥰
