its great product. I have tried a lot of hair straighteners, well cheap ones they did not work, so I thought of buying this one hoping that even if its expensive it would help my hair problem. it did! :)

Stick to GHD/Cloud Nine
Battery life is terrible "up to 30mins from 100%" translates to 5 mins before running out. My pair have also stopped giving the warning noise before running of battery completely. Have to charge 3 times to straighten my hair fully, and don't have overly thick or long hair.. also when they inevitably run out after 5 mins, you can't keep using once plugged in, you have to wait again for them to charge up. Ridiculous 🤷 These wireless straighteners are a gimmick. Don't waste your money would be my advice.

Great that its cordless
I was bought the straighteners in Febuary and I'm not very impressed with them. The charging life isn't as stated, my hair on takes 5- 7 minutes to straighten and I usually have to charge every other day. It pulls loads of my hair out in the process and you can hear it ! The only good thing is you can take it out with you when fully charged..bring back my GHDs which I've used for 20 years!!

Thrilled , simply amazing
I have actually been fortunate enough to be able to purchase the Red one with matching Presentation Case recently as Dyson had an offer on their site
I am a disabled lady who recently lost grip / use of my left hand and can no longer use my hairdryer and brush so decided to invest and treat myself. A gamble I know for use with just one hand but where there is a will there is away .
It was night and day comparison to my old straighteners by a reputable brand.
Instead of having to go over each section 2 or 3 times , one glide was enough to have my waves disappear
I have medium length thick hair with natural unsightly waves and have always preferred flat hair with no body
Whilst yes it’s slightly heavier than I would have liked , overall the speed at which my full head was complete was faster than normal even with one working hand
Most of all , the docking station and the ability to use it charged made my life so much easier than I thought
The colour and design is beautiful. I may be at home all day long , but I deserve to look as best as possible to lift my spirits and this new straightener has done just that
Finally, the presentation case as per my last one , is so well made and I have no problem it staying out as it doesn’t make the place untidy .
It’s all value for money. One can’t put a price on happiness and I am left smiling this morning which lately has been a rare occurrence. Thank you Dyson for brightening my day and making my life easier
