Elemis Muscleease Active Body Oil 100 ml
Last year I had a gammy knee and had difficulty walking and could not play crown green bowls. I was also taking Ibuprofen to kill the pain although I do not like taking tablets. I started using the above oil - just a few drops rubbed into my knee night and morning and my knee is absolutely fine now and I can play bowls again. I am still using the oil as before to keep my knee "well oiled" and avoid a reoccurrence of the problem. The oil is fairly expensive but well worth the money. It is an excellent product and it worked for me.
