really haven't noticed a difference
I bought this as after i turned 30 my skin has become quite dry, and I normally like elf products so thought i'd try it.
As far as it working as a setting mist - it makes literally no difference to the dept/colour/brightness or longevity of make up. i have done some patch tests and it really doesn't make a difference.
As far is hydration - i can't tell that made any difference either.
Overall i would not buy this again or recommend it to a friend.
Smells nice though.

so bad
i bought this recently before a big event and all it did was make my concealer separate. save your money and invest in a slightly more expensive setting spray

good spray
nothing extraordinary, but good for the price. Leaves my makeup looking and feeling refreshed and has a nice smell.
