Clean, soft and smooth skin
I have been using DermatoClean for a week in place of my usual cleanser. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like it given I have used the same cleanser for 15 years. DermatoClean has left my skin feeling clean, refreshed, soft and smooth. I am very happy with the product. I was expecting more of a lather and have had to use slightly more to get a lather that I am used to as I like to see that all areas are covered. My teenage daughter has started to use DermatoClean this last week and it has made a great impact on her spots on her forehead so she is ecstatic as we have struggled to find something effective for her. Thumbs up from us!

Pleasantly surprised by a great product
I am really picky about what I use to clean my face. I have combination, sensitive skin & it can be so hard to find something that leaves my skin feeling clean, actually does clean it & doesn’t either irritate or dry my skin or make it break out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this cleanser ticks all the boxes. It’s genuinely fragrance free, so easy to use. I LOVE the pump dispenser, only needed 3 pumps to wash my face, neck & chest. Just one week & my skin is clearer & overall more comforted. Will definitely keep using this after the trial finishes

Cleansing with care
Loved trying this cleanser. I have quite sensitive skin at times so any skincare that is gentle is something I look for. I haven’t used many of Eucerin’s products before but I will after trying this. Loved the light feel of the gel cleanser, I prefer water based cleansers than thick heavy oils so this suited my skin and routine. I used it both in the morning on bare skin and also removing make up in the evening and it worked wonderfully. Was gentle and didn’t dry my skin out or strip it of moisture, nor did it flare up any break outs. A little went a long way too and the pump was easy to use. Loved the clear bottle which which makes it easier to see how much is left. Would 100% recommend to friends with sensitive skin like me!

Good face wash that does the job
Overall this is a good face cleanser, however the first thing I noticed about this product was the smell. It has a chemical smell which did not sit too well with me, however this is not a deal breaker and I continued to use this product. The packaging is very nice. The first one or two days, it did feel like my skin was a little too tight after using, however after a few days of using twice a day (morning and evening), I did notice that my face feels more moisturised and supple. It is a refreshing face wash and my skin does feel clean after use.

Genuinely kind to skin
I have sensitive skin that is prone to drying out and easily irritated so I’m always nervous with new cleansers incase they trigger my skin, but this was really good. My skin felt lovely and clean after use not dry at all and no irritation. I love the pump dispenser it come in and only needed 2 pumps to do my face and it is fragrance free. It improved the condition of my skin in 7 days and any redness I had has now settled. Great value for money and it will last for ages.

Disappointed
I used this product for just over a week and although to begin with it was really nice to use and left my skin feeling clean and smooth, after a few days I found my skin really irritated. It was itchy, uncomfortable and had a strange fuzzy feeling all throughout the day, although at least there was no visible reaction. I think perhaps it was too drying for me and I may have had a slight allergic reaction to something in it. Such as a shame as I really wanted to add a gentle, non-drying cleanser to help prevent small comedones and it's very difficult to find them. I'd like to try one of Eucerin's milk cleansers but unfortunately they contain isopropyl palmitate and I am not keen to spend another ВЈ10 only to find it gives me a reaction again. Unfortunately I will probably have to turn to another brand if I can ever find a suitable one!
