Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my favourite cleansers I've now ordered my fourth of these cleansers. Originally, I didn't like the smell but now, I can't smell anything. Maybe I just got a weird first one. This cleanser is one I keep coming back to because it works so well and is so gentle. It's a thick, creamy, white smooth texture with a slight pearlescent shimmer. Easy to use and washes off well, leaving your skin hydrated. I have acne prone, sensitive skin and it's been brilliant for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I really wanted to like this product, especially because it isn’t the cheapest cleanser, but I simply could not. The product is a silver paste with glitter in it that dissolved into a milky consistency in contact with water - the glitter did not appeal to me. It left my skin dry, flakey, and dehydrated. I would NOT recommend it to anyone with dry, sensitive, or ageing skin. The cleanser also could not remove all of my non-waterproof mascara, which begs the question: what is it good for?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very stripping and horrible smell! I have sensitive skin but was hopeful about this cleanser as a lot of reviews said it was good for sensitive skin. Absolutely not for me! This cleanser left my face so tight and irritated! The smell is horrendous as well, and it lingers on your face for ages. I always look for skincare with no added fragrance and none smell as bad as this! Definitely would not recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Dry/Sensitive Skin I've had bad reactions previously to different face wash brands, but this one leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. It's great at cleaning hard to remove make-up like mascara and brow gel too. I use this alongside First Aid Beauty's Ultra Repair cream and they work wonders.

You really don't need much and this bottle will last for ages By the looks of things! It's a good texture too, thicker and frothier. I have been getting a lot of compliments on my skin since I switched moisturiser and face wash to this and not sure which is helping the most but it's certainly not hindering! I'm not a big fan of the smell however but I do like very sweet smelling fragrances normally which this certainly isn't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps my skin happy I’ve tried tonnes of cleansers and this one has to be my favourite! My skin is very dry and spot prone and this has helped cleanse without irritating or drying the skin. It leaves my face feeling so soft. I definitely recommend it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great for combination skin Bought this after reading raving reviews saying the product is great for oily or combination skin. I have the latter and it didn't work for me at all. Noticed right from the first use that it dries my skin painfully. Had to apply double the quantity of moisturizer I normally use to stop my skin from feeling so stripped. It takes off face makeup, however, eye makeup - not so much, even if I tried multiple times. It now sits on the back of a shelf, I won't be repurchasing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If I could give 0 stars, I would. I really wish I had of read all of the reviews before using this product. I have very dry and sensitive skin, and used this as it states on the tube it is suitable for such issues. My skin instantly felt tight and didn’t take long before it began to burn and horrible lumps formed on my cheeks. It also has the most disgusting smell.

Does this product produce any lather or foam (suds/bubbles)?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us. The First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser does lather but this is not a foaming cleanser. I hope this helps! Many thanks, Laura - Beauty Expert
