Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised! So I was ambivalent.i watched a number of YouTube tutorials that actually recommended dark. Anyhoo i have a relatively fair skin tone and used 3 drops medium with my moisturiser. Screwed it up the first time by not rubbing on my moisturiser properly but happy with the subsequent uses. The colour after 1 application is super nice & natural. (Obvs you can build it day by day) You will need to exfoliate etc beforehand of course too. Would definitely recommend for ppl wanting a natural look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Got these drops because i do not like to use strange substances on my face and mixing something into my moisturiser looked like a good idea! I have got a really fair skin and i think it would be better to build the tan gradually. I used 7 drops at the first tryand got not a very uniform tan. But I am sure this is going to work for me and become a staple. (i never use fake tan, but decided to do it now, since it is so easy and makes you look healthier) At the start the smell is not like a tanning product smell, but later you start feeling the biscuit smell. Oh, and the package arrived a bit leaked... :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love Really love this product! I hate using fake tan on my face but do like some colour, especially if I am having a no make up day. It’s great as you can mix with your usual moisturiser and add as many drops as you want deciding on the tan you want. This didn’t break me out and is not streaky at all! I would say that there isn’t much difference between medium and dark. I also like mixing this in with body moisturiser to give me some colour. Good tip - take this on holiday and mix with your after sun to ensure you stay tanned but in a safe way!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Causes embarrassing patches - would not recommend After using one drop on cleansed, exfoliated skin I woke up the next morning with large orange blotches on my face. I would not recommend this product as it is very strong, leaves highly visible streaks and is almost impossible to take off. I used some on my neck with my moisturiser about 2 weeks ago and there are still bright orange patches, and yes I applied it evenly with my moisturiser and exfoliated. However, I would not rate it only 1* as when applied with half a drop to the face it did create a beautiful skin tone besides the patchiness.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Isle of Paradise Medium Drops This is quite a good product, best face tan I have used. I use about 2 drops in my moisturiser and it gives a nice golden glow. Looks very natural too not orange. Only thing is that it doesn’t last particularly long, have to re-apply every couple of days and it can cling to dry skin or any imperfections so exfoliate first to prevent this. Overall it’s convenient and smells quite nice too. Would recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but other similar products are better Good but other products at similar price are better. I bought this to use on my face mainly and find it can cling to my hairline and go a little patchy if not thoroughly applied. I don’t think you get a big enough bottle to be able to use much on your body. However, it is a nice colour and builds up quickly. I have used the St Tropez tanning mist and the Tan Luxe drops before, both of which have given a better result (although tan luxe are more expensive). I am happy with this product but will opt for something different next time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a fan - misleading - patchy fake tan I feel this product was very misleading in my eyes! I thought it would be a couple glowly drops to add to my moisturiser?! No! It’s essentially just a fake tan! The directions are to only use when mixed with moisturiser, you need to put all over your eye lid and up to your eye to make it look natural but that is definitely not advised with moisturer. It also looked patchy even though I had exfoliated before hand (by coincidence) I wouldn’t recommend, or at least if you do buy them, just use as if you would use a fake tan.

How do you mix with moisturiser? On your hand? In tub of moisturiser? Or separate bowl?
