I really loved the original formula which kept my hair smooth and helped to define the curls. The formula seems to have changed completely and left my hair prone to frizz and feeling very coarse. It me some time to restore the condition I do not recommend and won't be buying it again.

Bring back the original product
Like many people who've commented I have viewed this as a wonder product for decades. Recently I had been beginning to wonder what on earth has happened as my hair returns to frizz again within hours. Such a shame - a product I trusted that genuinely made a difference to my experience of having thick, coarse hair basically no longer exists. The only good thing about visiting this site today is I can see from the collected feedback it's the product that's changed and there will be hope for my hair if I look elsewhere.

The old formula was fantastic
the old formula was fantastic I used it for many years, the new formula has a very different consistency, it does not hydrate and does not define curls, it seems water. Please please go back to the old formula

Hair is soft but still frizzy
I bought this around a week ago and have been using it frequently and it leaves my hair softer than it normally is but still frizzy. The directions say to use 1 pump but that isn't really enough so I used 2-3 pumps and still not much change to my frizz. However their might be improvements over a longer time period.

Bring back the old formula!
Who in the world thought changing a perfect formula with this greasy and ineffective formula?? This new formula is HORRIBLE. Useless and a waste of money. I’ll never understand why the industry leading, game changing and much loved product needed to be changed. Clearly it wasn’t someone who actually used the old and new formulas. Bring back the original formula and dump this inferior new formula. I’d gladly pay double for the original.

Product's OK
The serum in itself is good, however the packaging brings this product down hard. It's thick cheap looking plastic with rough edges at the bottom. Very tacky feeling.

Not the best
Have used this three times and have not noticed any difference in the frizz of my hair. It does however smell nice and gives a nice shine to my hair.
