excellent for hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hairdresser first told me about this and inititally I used it religiously - I have bleached hair and I daily use either straighteners or curling wand. I knew it was good but it didn't realise how good until I stopped using it for a couple of months. One rather drastic haircut later and I am now back to using it every time I wash my hair again. I have tried a fair few other similar products in the past and find that they can sometimes weigh my hair down a bit or make it go greasy more quickly but this doesn't. It is expensive but lasts for ages as you only need a small amount each time.

Honestly amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this conditioner a couple of times already and I am so impressed. It feels really lightweight on my hair and doesn’t make it feel greasy like most products do. I have fine, dry hair that also gets greasy very quickly so I normally struggle finding products that don’t make my hair greasy or weigh it down but this product has done the opposite! I am very impressed and will definitely be purchasing in the future.
The only downside is that I couldn’t find any information about it not being tested on animals on the bottle. Hopefully this is something that they can consider in the future.

Silky smooth and detangled finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a regular user of hair conditioner as it tends to clogg up in my hair and scalp without giving the moisturising properties. However this is a light-weight conditioner that offers fabulous silky and smooth finish to my hair especially using if after the Nutritive shampoo. The light consistency allows me to comb the conditioner easily through my hair without the product getting clumped up. My only criticism would be that it's simply not as nourishing as a hair mask would offer. Nevertheless this is a great hair conditioner for fine and dry hair owners!

Major disappointment
I recently tried the new formula of this conditioner, and I have to say it's a major disappointment. I would not recommend this conditioner anymore. I hope they reconsider their decision and bring back the old formula that worked so well. I wish I could get my money back

Genuinely lovely quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the products and they were lovely , not personally tailored to my type of hair as I found it slightly heavy as a hairdresser myself I would recommend to someone with naturally dry hair but I used the products on a client of mine and the result was always lovely soft and smooth she really enjoyed using the products and monitoring the results as it really does matter when buying shampoo and conditioning products so thank you very grateful x

Best conditioner for dry and thin hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fine hair and applying this not only makes it smoother and softer but it also gives volume to my fine hair. My hair has never looked better. You don't even have to apply a lot just couple of drops is fine. My split ends are gone. Happy healthy hair!! Love the fragrance!! Kerastase you have done it again!! My hair is super bouncy and frizz free and no split ends. I have been receiving so many compliments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was suffering from dry, thin and frizzy hair and they would tangle alot resulting in hair fall. I started using this ultra light detangling conditioner and my hair look amazing now, no more tangles, split ends. Its very light weight so i dont feel that i wearing a conditioner. On the other hand i felt my hair looking healthy, shiny and moisturised. I am very happy with this hair care conditioner.

Product doesn't do what it claims - left hair dry.
Purchased this thinking it would be somewhat similar to previous formula but unfortunately this left my hair dry and brittle. This combined with the Bain Satin shampoo new formula left my hair in poor condition. My hair was in perfect condition before. My hair started tangling and it got very dry and brittle. My hair hasn't quite recovered since stopping use and now I'll need a big haircut. I would only recommend this to my worst enemy.
