Fake/incorrect products.
Purchased these products as I have keratin treated hair and need sulfate free. The genuine products are amazing, smell good and leave my hair soft and frizz free. However feelunique sent me a version that is not sulfate free even though it was advertised as sulfate free and has shortened the length of my keratin treatment that should have lasted 12 weeks and cost me £280 (my hair reaches my bum) has now only lasted 6 weeks. Feelunique felt it acceptable to offer me a £10 gift voucher as a goodwill gesture! Will never purchase from this company again. For other customers please read the products you are sent and don’t trust what their website says!

Didn't suit my hair
I've tried other shampoos and conditioners by Kerastase and they have been brilliant, however this one really didn't suit my hair. My hair is fine and flyaway/frizzy, but this shampoo and conditioner although smoothing my hair also made it look and feel really greasy after just a few hours. I tried using it several times, each time using less and less product, but still the same effect.
I'm sure for some hair types it's brilliant, but unfortunately not for me.

Great at home product
Love using these 2 together, after a few uses I saw I lovely soft finish to my hair. I didn’t see less frizz but once styled it was more manageable and also I haven’t needed to wash as frequently as I would normally.

Left my hair terrible
I tried this twice with the same conditioner and it left my hair knotty and So dry, I have naturally curly frizzy hair and it was awful after using this. I am gutted I spent so much money
