Broken item received and can’t do exchange
I have bought three items. One of those was broken and the outer box of all is fine. It was not a delivery fault. Asked Kiehl to do exchange but they said it could not be as there is not the company policy. The only choice for us goes …… as a refund arise by us…. Print the return label and do the purchase again. …… that’s really interesting. We wonder why Kiehl sent out a broken item at the first stage and believe we would accept this. And they don’t even bother to resolve the issue. Thank you for your time Kiehl. That’s a cheat.

Stings and burns
I have also got this cream, I have all the other products this company sells and they are fine. This however WOW be warned! It’s basically made my cheeks permanently burnt ! It absolutely stings when you try to use it. I first thought it was the ingredients inside the cream working its magic on my skin. After reading these other comments I won’t touch the pot ever again. I am very upset as this cream cost quite a lot of money and now it’s basically full up and wasted.

Bad reaction- burning sensation, itchy red cheeks
I bought this around a month ago, it was OK at first but after few applications my skin has a bad reaction. Woke up with my face feeling so warm with burning sensation, and with itchy red cheeks. I tried to use again but got the same reaction. It is expensive and I still have loads of cream left in the jar that I won’t be able to use. Maybe get a sample first and try to save money. My skin had not had a reaction like this before.

No other day time cream compares to this product!!
Since I started with this product absolutely nothing else compares. My skin feels moisturised and super soft all day. It really is good.

Burning sensation
I really did love this cream. I did what is said on the jar. However, until a month ago it starting causing irritation, it had dried out my skin to the extent that I requite a deep exfoliation, and it is causing a burning sensation whenever I applied it it my face and neck.

First bad skin reaction
I only tried this product a couple of night, the first my skin started burning and itching, the following night I had to wash it off as I had a terrible skin reaction with itch, sting and burn. My face is left like this for already 3 days now, even using a moisturiser cream is painful. I am afraid of using any kielhs face products that I have now. So disappointed. Definitely do not raccomend this product.

Burning sensation
I bought this anti-aging cream together with the anti aging eye cream and I have had to stop using both as despite following the instructions and applying both correctly my skin felt as if it was burning and was very sore and tingly.
