Love this product.
This is the only product I have ever stuck to using, I've used other products I've got as presents and had to revert back as nothing compares. Where to start... its amazing value for money as you need very little to clean your face, a small amount lathers up to give fab coverage. It removes all make up from light daily use to heavy cover easily, I've never had to use a different eye make up remover as this takes away every scrap with ease. I love having a product that does all my makeup in the shower so i don't have to spend time with a different product before or after.

I have acne prone skin which is also sensitive.. as a result I’ve found it hard to find a suitable skincare routine over the years as products designed for acne usually make my skin to dry and sensitive but sensitive products are never strong enough to tackle my breakouts. Kiehl’s is a god send!! I’ve been using this cleanser every day for the past year or so now along with the clay masque and other products, my skin has never felt so good. The products are on the expensive side but if you can afford them and you struggle with your skin you really should invest, because they’re so good you only need to use a small amount which means they last for months. I honestly swear by kiehls now and wouldn’t use anything else!!

My skin troubles had significantly worsened over the last couple of months (PPE for 12 hours a day, not enough sunlight, eating badly). I’ve always used products for oily skin when I’ve had breakouts which starts a vicious cycle of dry skin to breakouts. My sister recommended this range to me and I’ve used both the cleanser and toner and I’ve seen a huge improvement to my skin over the last 4 weeks! No more breakouts and my skin feels fresh and clean everyday. It’s light and sensitive skin friendly with no harsh scent. Would highly recommend to all skin types.

Best cleanser (been using for months now)
I will be buying this again.
I bought the smaller size, its lasted a very long time as just a little of this cleanser goes a long way. That has made it excellent value for money.
It cleans without drying out my skin (which I have never had from a cleanser before) but it also does an excellent job of removing dirt and makeup. I use it before a BHA and now have no more blackheads.
Previously my awkward combination skin had a tendency to become dry and irritated, I no longer have that problem.
I will be buying it again as I can't expect more from a cleanser!

Good cleanser
I find this is a good cleanser to use jn the morning or as a second cleanse. It leaves the skin clear but sometimes I feel like my skin is a bit dry after using it several days in a row. Other than that it does a good job.

Great All rounder
Have been using this for a few years now. The bottle lasts absolutely ages. Gets makeup off well. Can’t really say it’s improved my skin, but it’s a great all round cleaner which is well worth the price because of how much there is in the bottle. Great cleanser, makes my skin feel clean and light after.

Great face wash
I love Kiehls products and love this too! A small pea sized drop goes a long way. A bottle of this normally lasts me for over half a year. I have very sensitive skin and can tollerate this well. My skin rarely feels tight and dry after use

A bit drying
I bought this for my holiday along with the serum. I really like kiehls products. Unfortunately I had to stop using it, it made the area around my mouth dry.

Can you use this product to remove make up?
Hey there,
As this cleanser helps dissolve excess oil, dirt and debris, it will be suitable to remover make up.
We would always recommend double cleansing especially when wearing makeup. The idea is to use a cleansing oil or similar product first to lift your makeup and sunscreen, then a cleanser similar to this for a thorough cleanse.
