Disappointed
I purchased this after smelling it on a work colleague and thought it smelt amazing! I was so excited to receive it. Unfortunate after smelling the product it smelt nothing like the delicious scent I was so looking forward to smelling of. Upon doing research I’d realised off other people it wasn’t the same as the original. Hoping they bring back the original and I’ll be purchasing straight away . As for this one it’s not worth the money , I could her something similar from the body shop.

What on earth have they done?!?
I am a huge, huge fan of the original formula. It was creamy, smelt delicious, and completely moisturised my skin for the day - with the added benefit of the linger of the fabulous scent.Every time I wore it, someone would comment about how lovely I smelt.This new formula feels greasy, doesn’t have the power of the scent of the old formula, and I just cannot believe how expensive it is for a smaller tub. I am so bitterly disappointed. I cannot recommend this product

BRING BACK THE OLD CREAM
i have been using this cream for the past 10 year and its beyond disappointing that the smell is completely different and the texture is nothing like before. Not to mention the 100ml missing for the same price! This was a really luxurious product which reflected in the packaging and price. Now im on the hunt for an alternative. Such ashame!

Not the same
I have a small amount left from the old body creme and they smell so different. This nw one does not last and doest smell as strong I won't be buying any more. Such a shame I have been a loyal fan for many years

What has happened??
This is nothing like the previous body cream. The fragrance is not as intense and doesn't last. I used to get so many compliments but not anymore. Please bring back the original formula

Why change it?!!
I have bought the original moisturiser time and time again. I have had so many compliments when using the original formula - people asking what perfume I am wearing and are surprised when I tell them it’s a moisturiser. Why would you change something so good they keep customers coming back time and time again?!! Why not listen to what your customers want? Maybe people don’t want the new formula with “added benefits” maybe people just want to buy the original with the original sent and just want to smell nice?! Why not give your customers the option and sell both?! Such a disappointment you will loose so many customers for this and the fact that you haven’t listened to all the bad reviews over multiple online stores shows you don’t listen or care for feed back. Bring back the original formula and let people have the choice! I wouldn’t even care if the original was brought back more expensive! I don’t care for all the added stuff you have added I just want a moisturiser that smells like the original and lasting scent, I went to one of ur counters today and tried some of your new version it’s terrible!!! No smell- washed down scent and left my hand really heavy and tacky. Such a shame!!
