Great serum
I bought this during lock down and I am really pleased with it wrinkles not as noticeable but dries my skin so only use at night found not as many creases on my face when I wake up.

Do something with the packaging, it is useless!!!
It's not the first time I bought Hyaluronic acid serum, at first I just thought it was a random fault. But after buying my second bottle with some time apart as the product does last some time which is good...
BUT
shortly after a few uses the cap doesn't tighten back up properly. And I was gentle with it too, especially the second time around.
I think it is down to the flimsy plastic cap.
What happens is I try to tighten it up, gently like you would do normally with these sort of products
& the cap just undoes itself.
Because of this I cannot actually take this serum on overnight travel as the product would just leak everywhere.
Also as the cap does not tighten properly that must also mean more oxygen gets to the product then it should, which can't be good.
I can say with all the confidence that I will never buy this product or any other L'Oréal products in similar packaging ever again!
And no one else should! At least not until the problem is fixed!

Great but issue with bottle top
The serum is great and I can see the difference its made to the texture of my skin. However like another reviewer I have issues with the screw down top which slowly opens itself back up. I did take it travelling and I found half a bottle of serum on the bottom of my bag !! Time and time again I made sure I screwed the top back on but it unscrews itself, guessing because of the plastic/ rubber inside the pipette.

Botox in a bottle
Tried this from a free sachet handed to me in a shop… omg it’s amazing for you fine lines and wrinkles tightens the skin makes the skin look fresh and clean it’s now a regular purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very impressed with this product and when I've used it all I will buy a new bottle. A little goes a long way, and I use it mixed in with my normal day moisturiser. My skin looks and feels better, more hydrated, brighter, and best of all, it didn't bring me out in a rash or cause any type of irritation or redness. I have sensitive skin, so to find a product that works and is suitable for my skin type is quite rare. I'm happy to recommend this product.

great product pity about the poor packaging
I love this product. It makes mu skin feel lovely and my wrinkles are much improved. A little goes a long way and it absorbs really well so your skin just feels nice and soft.
I wish to add my comments re the packaging. I took it on holiday with me and was disappointed to find half of it had leaked in to my bag which is a total waste of the product and money

Lid leaks
Started out well and was enjoying the product BUT not long after I started using it the lid stopped tightening properly, which I didn't discover until I was already on holiday. As a result and despite my best efforts to seal it it leaked all through my toiletry bag and I lost most of my rather expensive serum.... Beyond disappointed, guess I'll never find out if it actually works now.
