Disappointing
As a long term loyal customer I expected great things, I was unfortunately very disappointed! The tip is very dry and you can’t do a wing due to this, you have to come back and draw over the initial line as it’s so patchy but by then the line is so dry, the tip picks the exiting line up ! The result comprises of gaps and thick’s lines…. and lots of stress. I hope I just received a faulty pen.

Terrible
I bought this as a replacement for my usual liquid eyeliner which was out of stock and I was so disappointed. The tip was dry and flimsy and dragged across my eyelid so I could not get a clean line, it was so useless I had to throw it away after only a couple of uses. I expected better from Lancome!

Great Eye Liner

First of all the colour is beautiful. The eyeliner is
easy to apply and precise. Stays on all day
without smudging which is perfect and it's
drying very quickly. The pen is light and
comfortable to hold.

Good precision but does not last the day
I love lancome products however need to share my honest opinion.
I love the precision of the pen and the square handle. HOWEVER it’s not waterproof and does not stay on all day, by the end of the day, half the eyeliner is worn off.

Amazing eyeliner
Very easy to apply, even for ladies who are not in the habit of using eyeliner. Well pigmented in deep black with a glossy finish. Extremely long-lasting - not transfer or smudge. I have an oily eyelid and it stays flawless all day.

Long-lasting quality product
As with all Lancôme eye makeup, this eyeliner is a quality product. It covers well, it doesn’t smudge and lasts all day and into the night. I still prefer the discontinued Grandiose Eye Liner though!

I am simply amazed by how easy and precise this eyeliner form Lancôme Idole range is . Just one stroke make the line perfect , thick or thin. Above all is it also very long lasting on the eyelids

Dry waterproof liner
I received dry Lancome waterproof liner but it's dry. Terrible experience. I have been trying for 2 days to contact support and ask for a replacement but there is no answer anywhere.
