Not as good as before
I'm guessing this product has been reformulated as I've been using it for more years than I care to remember and absolutely loved it but lately I find it doesn't remove eye make up easily. I only wear a small amount and never had issues in the past. Interestingly you've now produced an eye makeup remover (which I thought was useless BTW) and I can't help wondering if the lack of performance of the Cleanse and Polish is a cunning plot to encourage us to buy this new product. Maybe I'm just cynical but after being a loyal Liz Earle customer for many years I'm considering changing to another brand. Not the same since Boots took over sadly

"COCOA BUTTER SADLY CLOGS PORES"!!!!!
Firstly I love all Liz Earle products and have used on a regular basis but the Cleanse & Polish I am so sorry to say after going back and forth to it just causes break outs. I didn't realise that Cocoa Butter is highly comedogenic which unfortunately for us guys & gals that are prone to break outs/acne prone skin is a no no. If the cocoa butter was replaced with shea butter for instance (non-comedogenic) you would have a happier skin its a shame as you can pick a specific moisturiser for your skin type but not your cleanser.

This product has changed and no longer works
I used to love liz earle products up until the company was bought - they have changed all of their formulas. There are so many reviews on trustpilot with the same issues that I've had - the cleanser has made me break out in horrific acne, when it used to be so soothing to my skin. I didn't realise it was this that was causing it. With so many horrific reviews, you'd think they'd change something. Clearly the new company owners do not care about their customers!

A Family Favourite
My mum has been using Liz Earle for over 20 years, both me and my sister grew up using the Cleanse&Polish and looked to be the most spot free teenagers! Removes makeup effortlessly too. I now also in my 20’s have tried many facial cleansers and this one has never been beaten. In my opinion, the gentlest, eco-friendly cleanser around. My skin is always glowing after using this, it has kept me so supply and soft for many many years. I have introduced this product to many friends and also my boyfriend who will also never look back, a truly incredibly cleanser. I often gift it at the holidays, for birthdays and the Christmas Edition specials are always a staple in my stockings from my mum. Child friendly, acne friendly, eczema friendly. Will forever be my favourite product in my skincare set.

Good cleanser
This has been absolutely brilliant. I suffered with red patches on my face for a long time but once I started using the cleanser and cloth, the patches have disappeared over the years. For my age my skin is very good and clear.

Great cleanser
I first tried cleanse and polish through birch box. I fell in love with how thoroughly it cleans all my makeup off. The scent is so soothing and I never feel dry afterwards. I fells like it leaves my skin so clean and never dry. I alway buy several of the large cleanser at a time because the price is so reasonable. I was super disappointed when they stopped shipping to the United States during the pandemic. But I recently was able to purchase again and bought several because I do not want to run out. The packaging is so nice, when I receive the product it feels like I spent a fortune. I know they take pride in their product. I have not found a better cleanser for my face - I will continue to buy this as long as they sell it!!!! I absolutely love it!!!

Where is the scent
I have used all Liz Earle products for 20 years or more but my latest delivery has left me confused as my cleanse and polish pump has absolutely no scent to it at all. I used to love inhaling this cleanser as I applied it to my face but it has no smell or fragrance whatsoever. I really am confused as to what’s changed?

Great cleanser
I love this cleanser. It removes all my make up and it just feels so luxurious when I massage it on my face. I am now on my second tube. I can't use it every day though as my face became a little red and sore when I used it twice a day. I use it when I feel I need to (maybe 3 times a week) and that's perfect for me
