My son had a sore bottom used for 3/4 days to try and heal his sore bottom it only got worse. I aired him and changed his nappy as soon as he went to the toilet. I only used cotton wool water and dried after. Changed to a different brand now. Very dissatisfied due to the cost I was really hoping this natural product we would. I wouldn’t recommend to any of my mummy friends.

No Harm Bum Balm is brilliant, a little goes a long way. My daughter is nearly 5 months old and has never had nappy rash. We have used this product since birth, once In the morning and once before bed. If you are in any doubt about spending so much money on something like this, in my opinion it is worth every penny. We won’t use anything else,

Amazing
I brought this before my daughter was born and it was amazing, I just didn’t know how amazing until I ran out. Thankfully my daughter has never needed to use it much so I was in no rush to order more, then she got an upset tummy and had such a sore bum. I found a sample tube of a well know brand we got in a new mum goody bag, it did nothing. When my order arrived I practically smothered her in it and it cleared her up so quickly

After using Spritz for Bits postnatally myself and not being able to recommend it highly enough, I decided to purchase No Harm Bum Balm when my newborn daughter had a sore bottom from all the frequent nappy changes. Other well known nappy creams had failed to clear this up & I hated the thought of her being sore & uncomfortable. I knew if this balm was as good as the SFB had been, then I’d be onto a winner & it did not disappoint. After 2 days of use, her sore bottom was completely cleared up, with no redness in sight. The balmy/serum texture keeps any moisture away from the skin & soothes irritation. This product - along with Spritz for Bits - is an absolute MUST for any new mums or mums to be!

Works like a magic wand
My babe is doing chemotherapy- can’t even begin to describe the sore bottom and the issues we had. This is the only product that actually helped.

I have used the Bum Balm on my 4 month old baby girl since birth and its amayzing. She has never had nappy rash and any signs of redness disappear after just one application. I would highly recommend this product!

I can not speak highly enough of the bum blam! My son is now 5 weeks old - and I have been using this since 5hours old. Everything that’s in the nappy, is in the nappy and not on his beautiful newborn skin. I tell everyone about how amazing this product is. We are no 5 weeks nappy rash free, and his skin is just as soft as the day he arrived! Truly incredible compared to other friends who’s little ones have already had break outs and nappy rash with other products. Thank you expert midwife!! P.S. also works on his cradle cap - was gone within 2 days.

I bought this for my granddaughter for her son. He was born with Hirchsprungs Disease, which means that his bowel does not function properly, and he will need surgery in the next few weeks. Until then he has to have bowel washouts twice a day, which obviously can lead to sore bottoms. She has used the balm since day 1 and it has not become sore, and she thinks it is a wonderful product. After surgery it is apparently common to have many more dirty nappies than normal at first, so she is hoping that the balm Carrie's on working its magic.
