Shockingly bad customer service
I received my palette broken. I ten emailed sephora several times with no reply. I subsequently returned the palette. The customer service was shockingly bad.
I was so looking forward to using this palette as Natasha Denona is a great brand but will purchase direct from them in the future & not sephora.

Expensive yes, but never disappointing
Excellent range of neutral shades. Blendable as a dream. This is a basic luxury palette. You don't need it, but if you can afford it you won't regret it.

Perfection, a triumph.
This is the ultimate neutral palette, it blends like an absolute dream and makes magic happen. Can you dupe these shades in other palettes? Sure, but you cannot match the quality of the formulas. Worth every single penny.
