Love, love, LOVE this!
Yes, it's grainy, but it's also incredibly moisturising. I love it to bits! It exfoliates as well as moisturises what's not to love? Being by the sea I need lots of lip salve. This is one of my favourites. Awesome!

Dreadful, greasy and doesn't moisturise
I had high expectations as an Origins user since the brand started, but this is most disappointing. It is greasy and doesn't stay on the lips and comes off, it doesn't hydrate or moisturise but leave the lips dry after it comes off. I tried it at night and it was awful as my lips were dry and I thought it was because I was ill. Having read other reviews I realised that it wasn't me, and explains also why I was coughing for no reason. I would like a refund as I'm stuck with a useless product, and I think it should be discontinued or reformulated.

Disappointed bring back the lip remedy tube
So disappointed that lip remedy was discontinued. I know a lot of women who used this, it was a saviour for men and women who had to use roaccutane for acne which dried the lips out terribly. Lip remedy was the product known in the community of acne sufferers who were put on roaccutane that saved their lips. This is a dreadful alternative, not moisturising, it doesn't seem to really serve any purpose and makes lips feel slimy for a short while before drying them out. Having to search for alternatives now with other brands. Please bring lip remedy.

Grainy, doesn't moisturise, makes me cough
In line with other reviewers I totally agree that this product is basically weird. There is nothing in any description that says it has bits in it. It does. So you cannot apply lipstick on top, nor kiss anyone as you would be transferring these bits to them. The bits get in your mouth, you are constantly rubbing your lips together in order to get rid of the grainy bits - presumable avocado stone???? It is definitely not soothing. It also makes my mouth dry and the bits get stuck in my throat and make me cough. I think this should be discontinued.

Amazing pot of goodness for my lips
I've just bought this as my lips are always dry and tend to crack. This is an amazing pot of goodness for my lips. I've been using it a week and they are no longer dry. I use mornings and evenings just before I go to bed. Tastes really good as well.
