Did not make a difference for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t particularly notice any difference in my sleep or how I felt in terms of relaxation.
The scent to me was slightly off putting.
I normally use this works sleep spray and get better results.
I personally would not recommend

Nice scent

I’m all for natural calming aids and have used similar products before, especially to help aid sleeping. This product has a soft and pleasant scent and reminds me of a spa. I do find the scent to be relaxing and calming.
So far I’ve only tried applying to my pulse points before bed, in the same way you can with lavender based products to help with sleep, and have found it does help me to relax more. However, it can feel somewhat oily/greasy meaning it doesn’t quite sink into the skin quick enough for my liking and leaves a residue.
Overall I’m happy to have tried the product but wouldn’t rush out to buy a replacement. That said, a little goes a long way!

Great to help sleep

My Zen scent 😍

I often suffer with my nerves and it’s really helped to keep me grounded and get back in touch with all my senses. It has a beautiful scent of turmeric and geranium that really helps calm me down and it’s great for using on dry patches of skin also. It’s great to keep in your bag for as and when you need. When receiving this I was a bit sceptical as it’s never had clear instructions on how to use the product and I didn’t think it would work, however once I found out how to use it I enjoyed the experience of it , it has a lovey spa like scent to it 😍 and definitely has a calming effect, as every time I wore it I found my anxiety and stress was at bay, I would rub it on my neck and wrists when feeling stressed or when I needed a little more help sleeping an it did help to relax me 🙌
I wouldn’t of thought to try a product like this but definitely open to trying more and would recommend ❤️
