Wasteful Packaging
I love Pai moisturisers but the packaging lets the products down. Since they are quite pricey, I like to make sure I don’t waist any. When I have managed to get the inner plastic container out of the glass outer bottle (which can be a painful process) there is at least 6 or 7 applications / nearly a week’s worth of product left, which would normally be getting binned. At these prices this is not good. Please can you make your lovely creams easier to use? The pump containers are very wasteful and the glass bottles are purely for show, seeing as there is also a plastic inner component which isn’t very ecological. Might as well be in an easily accessible plastic tube or glass jar.

Lovely moisturiser
I have become a bit of a recent convert to Pai skincare, having ordered their rosehip oil about a year ago and then trying various other products.
I have been using my current moisturiser for a long time, but enjoying other Pai products, I thought I would give this a go. My skin has a tendency to be quite dry and sensitive (particularly in winter), and I love how nourished my skin feels after applying this. My only con would be that I do find this moisturiser smells quite perfumed - I don’t find my skin reacts to it at all, but it did make me a bit nervous on first use. All in all would recommend!

Amazing moisturiser!
I must confess I had bought other range of skincare but had a little of this moisturiser left which I took on a girls' weekend away. Having not used it for a few weeks I was struck straight away by the difference in my skin and how it felt and looked. It felt hydrated, healthy and smooth. I had comments straight away that my skin looked dewy and radiant . It's a wonderful moisturiser and I have immediately restocked, along with other Pai products. This, like everything else I have tried, makes my skin feel much better from within and I plan to stick firmly with this brand from now on.

Still Deciding!
Hi
I have found that this product is best used at night as it doesn’t have the best consistency for under make up. I have lines and darkness under my eyes and was hoping this would act as an intensive treatment. I’m currently undecided and feel I need more use of the product. I certainly like the texture of putting it on but I’m not sure I’m seeing any extra benefit from using it. The only new product I have wanted from Pai, having used their products from the beginning, is one for the eyes but I’m sorry to say that I’m a little underwhelmed with this so far.

Perfect moisturiser
Avocado &jojoba moisturiser works super well for me during autumn and winter, when skin is sensitised by heating and colder air outside. My skin loves this moisturiser at the moment. Although during summer I was using balancing moisturiser with geranium. Overnight I'm using regenerating oil and my skin feels nourished and well moisturised. My skin is more of combination in the summer but in winter definitely more dry and dehydrated and starting to show first signs of ageing. I will be ordering another one for sure.

Love the product, Haight the name
I've been using Pai for a really long time. I love the products, I want to support the company, but I can't come round to the new names (I've tried!!). I like the name to represent the product and reinforce the point: avocado and jojoba, hydration etc. I just don't want to use a product called Love and Haight. It’s confusing when you're buying for several family members, and have to keep going back and checking the product descriptions to make sure what they are, and it just doesn’t suit the brand.

I'm sold!
I love using avocado and jojoba oils for skin so I was immediately sold to the idea of moisturiser with these two key ingredients. My skin is sooo soft after application, the cream gives me great amount of moisture - and it feels good all day! It's very easily applied and absorbed cream, its texture is lighter than Replenishing cream and richer than Calming cream, so I feel comfortable using it in spring/autumn. I also like the fact that there are no parabens, silicones or ethanol in Pai products!

Giving me the softest skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d previously been using a (very lovely) facial oil from Green People, which was still leaving me with dry patches. I was nervous to switch to a cream if even oil wasn’t doing the trick with moisturising my skin but this has done wonders. My skin is softer than it’s been in years! Also the cream goes on easily and you don’t need to wait long before you can apply makeup or let your head hit the pillow. I’ll be buying this again for sure!
