Not abrasive as usual facial scrubs
Amazingly this scrub is not as abrasive - all due to creamy oil substance holding round (not sharp) beads. Even from intensive scrubbing skin does not look red and aggravated. I like chemical exfoliators, however, I find they don't lift all dead cells off the skin and you can get end up with dry patches. This is very efficient. My skin is not overly sensitive, but recently it has become very sensitized. So I am switching all skin care products for the ones for sensitive, rosacea-prone and easily irritated skin. This product does not upset the skin at all and gives a very nice glow by ridding of dead cells. I would recommend for anyone.

Perfect for diva skin
I started using this three- four years ago, and I was quite nervous as my skin is a real diva. I introduced it to my skin softly by using it once a week, and my skin started purging after about 4 weeks. A month or two after this the purging stopped, and I started seeing really positive improvements, such as less acne outbreaks and my skin looked more rejuvenated and healthy! The bottle lasts a long time too, and it is very gentle on the skin. It’s now my forever product! Thank you for Pai for making us with sensitive skin, products that are safe, organic, pure & animal friendly!

Not right for my skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Pai convert and am using many of the products to help with the change in my menopausal skin but this facial scrub is the wrong product for me. I find it too gentle there seemed very little abrasive texture in it and although I used it in the shower it left what felt like a greasy film on my skin. It made my skin feel heavy. I am very careful with moisturiser to have a light weight feel to help with general face sweat comfort and this product didn’t fit into that comfort zone. This is probably very specific to me.

I can not believe the difference in my skin since using Pai products. I use so many of the products, the cleanser, exfoliator, toner mist,calming moisturiser and now have just bought the genius body wash (not arrived yet so can't review, but I have no doubt it will be amazing). The exfoliator is my favourite product (although tough to choose a favourite). It makes my skin feel so unbelievably soft and clean after use and smells amazing. I have used exfoliators before and had to stop using them as they irritated my skin and cause serious breakouts. I have a history of cystic acne so I am prone to breakouts. I can't explain how much Pai has made a difference to my skin. I absolutely love it. It is on my Christmas list every year!!

great product
I use this exfoliator 1-2 times per week , so gentle and unique.My skin feels great and soft. I use it before shaving my face together with rosehip oil 3 drops and massage it in circular motion , after that I apply rosehip oil on my beard and then I apply lovely camelia face cleanser .I use cloth warm wet apply directly onto beard ,then I shave. After washing my face I apply 2 drops of rosehip oil all over ,let rest for 5 min. then I spritz lotus tonic . OMG I feel red carpet . I called royal face . Thank you Pai , your loyal customer ,Beli

BEST exfoliator
I have only just discovered Pai, and what a lovely company they are - fantastic customer service and they truly care about sensitive skin. This is an amazing product, I have been using it for the past few weeks and it has made such a difference. My skin looks brighter and this has cleared up a reaction I was having to another product. This exfoliator does a wonderful job at gently removing dead skin cells without causing any damage. I will be recommending to all of my friends! Thanks Pai.

An absolutely marvellous product! When I finished watching a video of Sarah talking about this exfoliator I knew it was safe to order and that it would be great on my sensitive skin. After rinsing, my skin feels clean & fresh but also very smooth - not dry and raw how most exfoliators tend to leave the skin. I actually never use exfoliators because my skin is very sensitive and now I finally have an excellent product to add to my skincare routine in addition to Copaiba Deep Cleanse mask.

Gentle & Effective
This scrub is extremely gentle on the skin, not harsh or noticeably abrasive at all. It clears and cleanses my skin so well, leaving it smooth and soft. I've found that my dark spots have faded quite a bit, using this product and I continue to purchase it as its a must have in my daily skincare regimen. I love the milky texture when washing off with water, it's quite unique. I would definitely recommend this product for those with oily/combo skin, sensitive and acneic skin types.
