Awkward
I find it difficult to hold because I have arthritis. The switches are in the wrong place! It also seems to get very hot so my hair frizzes unless I only have it on the cool setting! I’m considering returning it. Disappointed as I’m a big fan of other Shark products.

Purchaseed this hairdryer a couple weeks ago after using the same dryer for over 12 years and I love it purchased with attachments and love them all so much lighter than old dryer drying time significantly reduced frizzyness gone absolutely love it would definitely recommend only thing I would say is would be great if there was a tool to remove hair from the attachments after use

I’d buy it now!
Absolutely love this hairdryer. Especially hair gloss attachment. It’s light and very powerful and has lovely quieter humming sound compared to my old one. Only drawback is that the on off button is located on the outside at the bottom so a bit awkward positioning but I’ll get used to it.

Good, but not great.
Extremely light. Looks sleek. Easy to change all the adaptors. I think one has to practice using it properly to get the best out of it, I wasn't instantly impressed. My hair has stayed lovely and thick and there was no need to use straighteners, so on that basis I am keeping it.
