Soothing
This body balm is great for soothing sore muscles and for de stressing your body and has become one of my favourite products from Sanctuary.
I’ve used warming balms regularly so was quite excited to try this. I used this on my shoulder which had been aching for a few days and the warming sensation which was released felt so good and instantly made me feel relaxed whilst feeling it working on shoulder.
The texture is of a thick creamy type which absorbs into the skin easily, leaving no residue or stickiness.
The ingredients of lavender, ginger and rosemary oil are a great combination which help to really sooth and relax the body.

Wonderful suprise
I got this on a review panel to try out and I have to admit I was pleasently surprised. I've had lotions that claim then are self heat lotions before and not felt a thing. This however starts working pretty much instantly. At first the burnin sensation is a little too much to the point I nearly wiped it off but I powered through for 5 minutes and eventually the stinging sensation wore off and you could feel the warmth working through the body into the muscles, so relaxing especially for someone like me who gets tender a lot even more so now that I'm doing excersize daily. Brilliant product and smells lovely. I would definatly recommend

Immediate effect
This test-panel product couldn't have come at a better time - I had been overdoing the lock-down exercise and had suffered with aching calf muscles and a stiff neck! This is an effective, gently warming balm that works instantaneously. This balm has the most delicious fragrance and not at all what is expected of a serious, efficacious 'rub'. I had the best sleep ever and my aches had disappeared. I was pleasantly surprised by the long lasting fragrance still detectable the next morning. I've used it every other day for over two weeks now and I just want to tell everyone how good it is! A little goes a very long way and a little rubbed into shoulders before bed is sublime. Alchemy at it's best.

Wunderbar Wonderbalm
I think this may just be my favourite Sanctuary product, I have previously tried and loved products in the now discontinued Sleep range so when the Wellness range was introduced I was hopeful I would love it too. This balm is amazing! It's purpose is to help you fall asleep faster and for longer but for me the warming pleasantly scented balm is great for helping you relax in general, whether that's aches and pains after a long day, a muscle soother after exercise or to ease cramps. It's fast acting and in conjunction with the other Wellness Sleep range is a great bedtime self care routine.

Awful product that should be recalled
I’ve been sat with an ice pack after using this for an hour. It is burning so bad and I’ve washed my hands twice. This is not de-stressing. Please recall this product.

I was very surprised at how well this worked as iv used alot of products before and they don't do anything. With this one you really don't need to use alot as it starts to work in about 60 seconds if you use to more it can feel unpleasant so definitely just start with small amount and add more if needed. I found this very easy to apply and absorbed very well too which is good and it smells really nice. I think this is definitely helping me feel more relaxed and helping me sleep better than I have been for a while. One I'll definitely be trying more of the range from that's for sure.

Too hot
Unfortunately this item is just too hot to put on direct skin. I did a patch test and I had to wash it off within a few moments as it was just so uncomfortably hot, not like the heat from the other wellness section within Sanctuary. I am so glad I only put a little bit on as it was on the verge off feeling like blistering.
I also had another family member try it after I explained but they had the same reaction and even said that this should be behind the counter when bought as it is just too hot!
Not the comfortable heat you would want in a product,.
