[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this spray as suffer with my sleep, my first reaction was I loved the design of the bottle, I sprayed it on my face & waited for 20 minutes before I went to bed, I sprayed it also on to my pillow & let it soak in a little for around 5 minutes, the smell I really liked, I love the smell of lavender & it’s calming affects it gives you, I drifted off quite quicker than normal my husband says & when I woke up I really felt as if I’d had a great sleep & felt so much more relaxed, thank you so much this really has made a big difference & will definitely continue to use this.

The smell lingers… for days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell lingers, for days. Even if it didn’t help me sleep I would still buy it as a room spray. I didn’t use it for 2 days whilst camping and I felt it. I have a type 1 diabetic daughter and a 6 month old and no matter what time I have to get up in the small hours I feel refreshed. I thought it might have been the placebo effect the first couple uses but I generally feel like I’m enjoying maternity leave and my days because I have so much energy! I have tried many sleep aids (I refuse to take meds for it) and this is honestly the best one. Definitely recommended and WILL be buying again

Lovely
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried several pillow mists & finally found one that smells devine & works! Jasmine, violet & sandalwood are the beautiful scents of this one. No lavender OD! This one also contains moisturing hyloronic acid, beautiful for spritzing on your skin as well as pillow. I do some spritzes over the bed to scent the air too.
It gives a lovely airy spritz from the pump, which I like.
I love to breathe in the scent as I drift off to sleep & feel I get back to sleep pretty instantaneously if I've had to nip to the loo.
Vegan friendly, cruelty free & mineral oil free. Big ticks all round!

Pleasantly Surprised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the scent of this much softer than the highly lavender orientated ones! It was much more subtle and less like someone had gone overboard with fabric softener. I wouldn't say that it makes me fall asleep any quicker, however I do seem to be waking up less through the night when I use it. I haven't particularly noticed any difference in my skin but I've been using it more on my pillow. I it used with my 11 year old daughter too to help her get to sleep in the recent hot spell. She liked spraying it to cool her off and did seem to nod off quickly. Overall I'm really happy with this product.

Great...it actually works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about if this would actually work or not, I've tried lots in the past , and most smell nice, but do nothing. I've always struggled to sleep, so was pleasantly surprised when I drifted off within 15 minutes of getting into bed , and the same for the next few nights after that.
Forgot to use it one night, led awake for over 2 hours , then realised what was different!
Pleasant light fragrance ( which I spray a little on my pj top and around my neck. )
Have been recommending to friends, very impressive product, and will regularly be in my shopping basket from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am no stranger to sleep mists and have tried many over the years. I like the smell and any help to get me to sleep is a bonus.
From the first moment of trying the product i knew i had finally found a winner. The smell gave me an almost instand calm and relaxation feeling. I used spray on both my pillows and my face. I was unsure on using it on my face in case of a reaction however i needn't worry.
The bottle is smaller and thinner. Meaning it doesn't take up to much room unlike similar products i have used. It also seems to last alot longer as well.
I thoroughly recommend

Absolute ambient atmosphere.

Love to sleep (and eat :-)). I’m owner of probably two dozen of high thread cotton bedding, not-so-purse-friendly Jo loves candles and crystal light with changing colour depending on the mood. Was using different sleep mist and was nice but Sanctuary took it to different level as I can spray on the body which I do! Few sprits - pillow, top of the duvet and my skin and ta dah! somehow is working brilliantly. Feeling almost like in bed in 5 star Spa hotel! Wheter is placebo effect or not - my nights are full of uninterrupted bliss deep sleep. Thanks a lot :-)

What a treat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying using this mist as part of my night time routine. Since having a baby, it has been quite difficult getting back to the deep sleep phase and find myself really struggling to fall into sleep. This mist is very subtle and light, not overpowering at all. It has a beautiful scents that really has triggered my relaxing part of the brain and i have woken up feeling really rested whenever i use it. I lightly spritz onto my face, it absorbs nicely without leaving any residue and before i know it, i am out for the count! Excited to continue using it as part of my routine.
