Product was watery
I have bought Shu Uemura for years and love this product. However, my recent purchase was not satisfactory as the product was substantially thinner than before. I had to use three times as much product to get the same effect and it was so thin it ran from my hands before application. I contacted yourselves asking you to check that the product was genuine, and you said it was. I thenI wrote to the company asking if they have changed their formulae, until I have clarification I will not be buying this product again from yourselves.

Adore Shu Uemura products. This is perfect for damaged hair, and as a hairdresser I would 1000% recommend this and the silk bloom mask!
