Best eyeliner for hooded eyes!
I’ve tried so many different brands and I keep coming back to Stila’s eyeliner. I’ve got hooded eyes and watery eyes which cause smudging from using other brands eyeliner, but Stila’s eyeliner dries quickly and rarely smudge on my eyes!
The tips never wear off and create nice and sharp ends! I have both black and brown and they are both great.

Small end amazing, thick end naff
I have a mixed review for this, I both love it and hate it. The small precise side is amazing and so great to create the perfect wing, but the thicker end has been dry every time I've bought this (I'm on my 3rd one) so it just doesn't look pigmented with that end, but it's annoying to do the whole liner with just the small end.

Mighty Liner!
This liner is great for precise wing liners! i have hooded eyes and i find it quite hard to use other liners, bought this as it was recommended and it’s great. the smaller tip is very handy when correcting a mistake and perfect if you line your inner corners
