Burned my skin!!
I have dry dehydrated skin and i love hyaluronic acid and i needed a new cleanser so i thought this would be an amazing combination. I dont have particular sensitive skin but i still patch tested it and everything seemed fine. After using it 2/3 times my eyes and mouth area where red, burning and swollen to the point that my own tears and water would make my skin flare up. I cut out everything from my skincare and slowly incoparated every product to see what caused it. The second i washed my face again with this cleanser it burned my skin again and made it itchy. It also made my again worse! I am so dissapointed and will never use this cleanser again!

Not for acne prone skin
Probably my least favorite cleanser I've ever used, unfortunately. I got it as a freebie with an order so figured I'd give it a shot. I'm almost as the end of the bottle and I can't wait to go back to the salicylic acid cleanser. I have oily, dehydrated skin and while this was fine for the dehydration bit, there were no other positives. It has a very strong plastic/chemical smell that I can't get used to, it didn't help my acne at all, and it is definitely not a substitute for the serum (which I ran out of halfway through the bottle of cleanser).This may be a good product for you if you have dehydrated skin that is not oily or acne prone and you just need some extra hydration.

Enjoyed it!
When I received this product from TIL complimentary I was really excited to use it because of how great their products work on my skin. Sure enough this cleanser was just as amazing as the rest of their products! The hylauronic acid cleanser left my skin squeaky clean and hydrated I was very surprised! The consistency was also very interesting because usually HA is sticky however with a little bit of water and building a lather I was able to clean my skin to the T. It felt so smooth soft and plump after. I have combination skin however during the winter my skin tends to get drier and this was great to use!!

Finally! Something I don't react to!
My search for a cleanser that I don't react to has been an extremely long one. The only ones before this were a Micellar Gel product that is often hard to purchase, and a specific oil cleanser that is very expensive. Even products made for sensitive skin have gradually caused me to react. It starts with red eye lids then gets worse and worse all over my face. I tried this assuming it would eventually cause a reaction, but it hasn't and I've used it at least once per day for 4 months. It removes all of my makeup, and I don't feel overly tight or dry afterwards. If you have sensitive skin, please try this.

Favourite Cleanser
I have always struggled to find cleansers that didn't make my skin tight, shiny and dry but this is amazing!No need to use too much either as it soaps up really well. It makes my skin feel soft, soothed, hydrated and so clean.And unlike some other cleansers, it rinses off very easily. I can definitely feel the Hyaluronic Acid in it as it just leaves my skin so soft. I usually follow with the HA serum straight after when my skin is still a little damp. And once that is absorbed, I continue with the Collagen Booster (AM) or the Retinol serum (PM) and finally the Peptide moisturiser.I can't see myself using any other cleanser in future as this is perfect for me.A wonderful addition to any skincare routine.

Does not clense
I bought this as a morning facial cleanser with the expectation that I would be getting a mild cleanser so that during the rough, dry winter months my skin would not be stripped dry. I did get that, but more than I asked for. This product has no cleansing power to it at all. It does not lather up at all and is does not wash away from your skin and that causes all the other products you put on your skin to pill. The product acts more as a sum or a lotion than a cleanser. I have triple checked that the bottle does actually say "cleanser", but like I said, absolutely no suds.

Gentle, non drying bottle of magic
i cant recommend this enough, i thought ok this is going to be another product that doesn't live up to expectations but really though this stuff is soo good , i have rosacea skin type 2 and it helps so much , minimizes pores , so gentle skin feels hydrated non drying which is a need for me, i use this with the hyaluronic acid serum and moisturizer my skin is glowing and its never been like that since i was a teen, thanks to the Inkey list for making these products , do not stop making this product or ill hunt you down , JOKES ! thanks !!

Effective .. BUT sadly not for rosacea skin
So .. it does really what it says. I tried many gel-type cleansers and this seems to be the only one where I can leave my face untouched for a bit without feeling that instant tightness and dryness of other cleansers. Kinda surprising to be honest and I could not believe it to be that good while really cleansing my strong dehydrated skin. Sadly my rosacea doesn’t react that well with the cleanser.. my skin starts to get extra red.. and the healing processes on my face is negatively affected. So I am forced to stop using it... sadly
