It’s changed
Used to use this balm religiously for 3 years. Formula has definitely changed, I have acne prone skin and it’s easily triggered by fragrance, essential oils and other harsh ingredients. The balm has all of a sudden made my skin breakout badly when I ordered a new one. Especially on my cheeks which is so rare. Really disappointed.

Excellent for all skin types
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the large size but brought this to take on holiday. Its the perfect size for hand luggage liquids. Once again the cleanser removes all traces of dirt and make up whilst leaving the face moisturised and soft. I will not go back to any other cleanser

Does the job but poorly
I've tried loads of Inkey List product but this is by far my least favourite. I think the texture was awful, and the balm sort of separated from the oil? (Yes I've tried shaking the tube vigorously) It didn't take take 'the day' off as easily as other balms I've tried. It's a no from me. Won't be repurchasing.

Most painful breakout
Been using for 2 week now and my skin has just got worse and worse, thought it may just be a purge so stuck with it..but I’m going to have to give up on using, as my face is so sore. Never had any spots before I started using this cleanser now my whole face is covered in a rash and pimples.

Different from other cleansers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more of a melt cleanser than a foaming one. It will be good at removing make up but because I like to have a foaming cleanser and using the inkey face wipes to feel squeaky clean, I only use this one occasionally

Worth the hype!
I bought this product and it completely lives up to the hype. Best cleanser I’ve ever used and I’ve tried a lot. Leaves my skin clean but not tight, sensitive or feeling like it’s been stripped. It fits really well with the actives that I am using (tretinoin).
