I love Urban Decay and was super excited about this new revised palette. (I don't mind about the lack of brush, you can get good brushes anywhere.) The larger transition shades are really needed. The reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that the metallic shades only stay on your face if you spray your brush with setting spray then put brush to palette and then brush to face. (I suspect an attempt to sell more setting spray.) Otherwise, this is a very good everyday palette for work/college etc. a range of neutrals for any kind of outfit and the possibility of turning daytime looks into night-time looks.

All of the shadows are so finely grained, highly pigmented and apply creamily. As you'd expect from such a rich shadow, the application, blending ability and wear is exceptional - over twenty years after buying my first Urban Decay shadow I have yet to find a comparable product. The shimmer finishes are again the best wearing; they wear though my working day - over eight hours, and this time the matte shadows also wear well without primer. Maybe they've changed the formula as none of Urban Decay's previous matte shadows have impressed me.
The micro glitter that is in a couple of the shades (Angel fire & Distilled) contain finer glitter particles then Urban Decay's regular glitter finishes, so I've never had any problems with product fallout. But if you do experience some then use sellotape to remove the glitter from your skin - wiping it will push it further into your make-up.
This palette is a must own - there's plenty here for every skintone AND all of the shades go with every eye colour. If you prefer neutral this is perfect and if you like a bit of colour this is still fantastic; Retro adds a nice pop in the Pantone shade of the year, or you can easily pull in eyeshadow from elsewhere, or liner - the possibilities are endless.

No, there's no brush, but I don't think it's fair to mark the palette down for that, as you can see that you won't be getting one in the official promo pics and launch video.

No brush...
Although the colours are ok, the quality is good and I do like the larger base colours, I would like to see the lack of brush reflected in the price as it's not worth the money as it is. I prefer the original palette.

Great colours and highly pigmented
I love all of the colours in this palette. I have all the Naked palettes and this one is definitely my favourite. Highly pigmented eyeshadows and suits my brown eyes.

This is my favourite pallete
This pallete has to be my favourite out of the 5 I have. The copper and bronze colours are beautiful and go well with my dark brown eyes. They are strong colours and blend so well I don't need to switch between this and another pallette to get the look I want. Yes it doesn't have a brush but you know that when you buy it and it's reflected in the price.

Seem much more powdery
I've been using for a couple of weeks.. colours are nice but the pallette is much more powdery than the other 3 UD pallettes I have. I end up wiping loose powder from under eyes and surrounding areas. Plus no brush with this pallette yet it's selling for £38!

Fabulous!
Lovely palette which I think is new new favourite after Naked 2. As other reviews have said, there is some fallout however you soon get used to this and need to apply in smaller amounts to avoid this happening.
