Not for mascara
Unfortunately, it did not work for me - I needed to rub my eyes to get mascara off (both- waterproof and non waterproof), it was painful. It is able to take eyeshadow and foundation off and that's it, but then it's too expensive though.
So big NOs from me sadly.
