Great for problem combination skin
I received a sample of this cleanser with a recent order. I don't normally buy skin products which are over about 7 pound as I never see any difference in my skin condition. However I will most definitely be buying this when my sample runs out. I have combination skin where the dry bits get very dry and the oily areas get outbreaks of acne so I struggle to find products which manage both skin types equally as well. I've only used this product for a few days and I already notice a huge improvement. My skin doesn't feel as 'tight' as the dry area's are now gone and the acne is also clearing up. My skin tone is also improving as it isn't as red.

Aveda Kinetics
I have recently again purchased the Kinetics gel cleanser in this range, which has absolutely eorked wonders with my complexion alongside the Facial Toner and Exfoliant. I don't mind admitting I have had lifelong skin problems all my life, breaking out in spots and whieheads for years, but since I discovered the Aveda Kinetics rangeI have never looked back and will be using them from now on. I am a lady of 71 years and it as marvelous to have achieved a virtually troublefree skin at long last. I have used the cleanser for the last two years and have increased my usage after trying your useful samples.

Soft and supple
I have been using this cleanser for 2 weeks now (from the starter kit), and my skin after washing and before moisturising is left lovely and soft, without a drying effect. It feels hydrated but not over hydrated (as I have combination skin). After washing off, your skin feels super clean.The gel lathers to a lovely foam and the aroma is just one of the nicest fragrances to wake up to (along with Rosemary Mint)!! I am that impressed with the cleanser, I have gone and purchased the full size bottle. Tip: from the full size bottle, you only need 3 -4 pumps, as this tiny amount lathers to a great consistency.

Simply Divine
I made the switch to AVEDA skin care two weeks ago now, and I can happily report that I have noticed an immediate difference. You only need a tiny amount (four pumps) of the gel cleanser, which when worked in the hands foams into a nice creamy texture. The smell of the product, to use one word would be 'Divine'. Instant hit of the flower and plant essence. When washed off, your skin feels both soft and hydrated. Not dry and taught. I have also noticed that my overall complexion looks softer and skin tone even. I have combination skin, and I am finding that the gel cleanser is balancing my combination skin. A must have, as step one in the daily routine of a healthy looking complexion.

Wonderfully Refreshing
I've been using this cleanser for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. The gel foams to a rich, creamy lather and feels really refreshing on your face while cleansing deeply - but never over-drying. My skin type is typically combination and I've seen a definite improvement in the overall condition of my skin since using this product. Thank you Aveda for creating the cleanser I've spent years looking for!

Perfect balance
I've been using this cleanser for about four years now. It has a great balance for my skin which is generally oily but dry in places. It cleanses thoroughly without drying out the skin, which can make it even oilier. It also lasts for ages, I use it twice a day and a bottle lasts around six months. I don't notice any tightness after using it and whilst I still get the odd outbreak, they're nothing like what I experienced with other products. Can't recommend it more highly!

Best cleanser ever for oily skin
I have sensitive oily & combination skin. Botanical Kinetics is lovely - my skin feels clean and fresh after washing with this cleanser but never dried out. It's the perfect balance. Since using this skin my pores have cleared up and I don't get breakouts because my skin is not over reacting to dryness I get with other cleansers. I have never used anything else since I started using this cleanser about 6 years ago. I am very happy to recommend it. In fact I have just given a bottle to my sister for her birthday.

Great for problem skin
I bought this along with the Botanical Kinetics moisturiser for my dry, acne-prone pregnant skin, and it has worked a treat. Skin is now a lot less dry, and it seems to have reduced breakouts, after two weeks of use. You only need a squirt or two, so even using morning and night, the bottle should last for ages.
