makes hair feel great
I have used this several times now and am pleased with it's performance.
There is just the right amount of heat and the brush is easy to hold. However I feel I need more practice as I am not very skilled in hair styling., but my husband says my hair looks better after washing now and my hair certainly feels more bouncy after using, so I must be doing something right!

Great results but
I love the results but unfortunately the longevity of this product is very short. I am onto my fourth styled in two years. This is a fault with this product.

An asset to your hair
It's a great tool to have. Although I would say that the 50mm one is more suitable for longer hair, it does the job for medium length hair as well. Once you get the idea of how to use it, it's not at all complicated and I would say easier to use in comparison to standard round hair bristle and blow dryer combination. The outcome is a delight. The ends are nice and the roots are voluminous. For longer lasting effect and curls that stand out, you could use sponge curl rollers overnight or few hours before you go out if not in a rush.

This is my second big hair dryer my other one lasted four years and was great, new one is fine but I did prefer the bristles on the original model as new one tends to be scratchy and harsh. Still does great job on my hair and they are so easy to use, I usually rough dry hair first and finish with the big hair styler gives my hair volume and shine.

Go to for a hairdresser blow dry
I absolutely love the Babyliss Big Hair, I was a bit sceptical when I placed my order. It arrived and luckily I was just out the shower so got to use it that day. Your hair needs to be about 70-80% dry to get the best from it I found. It does take 1-2 uses to get to know what way to have the roller going bit once you get the hang of it it’s onto a winner!! Lift up when frying and it gives it a bouncier from the root, there is no frizz afterword with your hair not being properly dry when starting, this dries your hair too. It lasts 3-4 days, depends how often you wash your hair.

Brush bristles not strong enough for think curly hair
This is my third brush in 3 years. I have curlly, thick and some frizzy hair. It works wonders but after three or four uses the brush looks worn out. The bristles do Not keep their shape. Very disappointed because this is my third brush. I wish they would make a better brush as I would be happy to buy it again and hope it lasts longer than 12 months before binning it. Also the brush should be detachable and one should be able to buy different brushes as and when needed.
