Wowzers “dharlings”
Seriously!!!!! I wasn’t too sure about getting these products as I’m a massive ren fan with my skin (I have tried a lot of products) but my cousin told me to give it a go and wowwwww, I have 100 percent noticed the difference in my skin tone, the smell of the lemon one is great and the oil helps remove makeup, the bamboo one can sting a little but my skin is sensitive.
My skin is left feeling clean, hydrated and really soft.
The only negative is the cap screws if I had to change anything I would turn it into a pump as when you have the product in your hand it can be a pain to screw the cap on with slippy hands.

I wanted to give this a try as I felt my complexion looked a little dull. The 2 stage process feels indulgent and I love the smell of the scrub. My face feels really soft, cleansed and luminous after using it. I rarely write reviews and I rarely think there is much immediate difference in face products, but I am very pleased with this.

Bought this at start of last month. So using it for 6 weeks now, love using it every morning as it’s so fast and easy to use and leaves my skin so clean and glowing

Like a summer’s day even if it’s raining
First of all - this scent?! WOW!! I absolutely love it!! The texture is like a cleansing balm but melts into the skin without feeling heavy or oily. My skin feels so soft even if I just use the citrus on its own. The charcoal part doesn’t last as long but I find that I don’t need it everyday. I tend to only use it at night time as well as a double cleanse. I’m never without this product and because it sells out often, I’ll buy it when it’s in stock so I never have to be without it. A little goes a long way so it lasts long enough to be with the price. I have dry skin and this gives me enough hydration and doesn’t dry out my skin like other similar texture products have done in the past. Fully recommend and happy to provide more information to anyone who asks :)

Not worth the high price but an ok product
I really WANTED to love this product...but sadly it's very average for such a high price! Now the product has a gorgeous scent (particularly the balm) and it does have the luxury spa packaging and feel to the skin after cleansing. BUT the charcoal cleanser doesn't do anything for me and the balm doesn't completely get rid of makeup. I love Charlotte Tilbury products and don't mind paying a high price if the product is amazing (like her Hollywood flawless filter primer/highlighter), but this just isn't good enough. After using these products I had to use micellar water and cotton pads plus a toner and even then product was still coming off onto the cotton pad. It's a very average product, the balm is okay and I like that it comes with the muslin cloth but overall it's not worth the money.

Worth the money
A little pricey but so so so worth it. I love CT in general for makeup, but wasn't convinced on the skincare line, but this is honestly the best cleanser I have ever used. The Vit C citrus cleanser is just gorgeous and glides on the skin and the after the charcoal one you just feel so refreshed and clean! Double cleansing is so important and this does the trick. Also comes with a muslin cloth to wipe off the cleansers... all around excellent.

Great product but a little overpriced
I have lots of Charlotte’s products such as the magic cream which is great for my acne prone skin, so I thought I would try this product as it seemed very high end.
First of all the packaging and muslin cloth are very high quality, the balm smells gorgeous and it does appear very high end/ luxury spa feel so the overall experience is wonderful, I did feel that my skin was brighter after using for a week or so and despite not being targeted for acne prone skin this did not cause my acne to flare up at all.
However after cleansing with both products I did still have some makeup left on my skin and had to use toner to lift remaining makeup after use. I think that the products are also quite small in size for the price. I think this product is more suitable for those wearing little/no makeup but need to cleanse natural oils/daily dirt and need a brightening and nourishing effect.

Do u ever use water on the face with charlotte tilbury products

We would recommend using the Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Cleansing Ritual following these steps:
Step 1: Massage citrus oil cleanser onto the face and around the eye area gently. Immerse the muslin cloth in warm water and apply to the face to melt off your makeup. For a magic steam-clean, press warm the muslin cloth onto the face for 20 seconds to open your pores.
Step 2: Massage charcoal cleanse into wet face until it turns white, avoiding eye area. Wet the muslin cloth in warm water and wash off.
