Gentle and effective
The Beauty Gentle Cleansing Melt is suprisingly a very effective product.
It smells like Damascus rose, it is creamy. I massage it into my skin to remove my makeup in the evening (mainly concealer, powder, mascara and lipstick), it removes it very well without leaving any residue.
I don't use it everyday since I have combination skin. I think it is more suitable for dry skin.
I apply the Evolve True Balance Lotion after it, it feels very nice, my skin is soft.
Last time I used a niacinamide based serum after it and I think they shouldn't be used together, my skin felt all red, I had to rince it again.
Other than that I think I would buy it again.

An affordable, mild cleanser for sensitive skin.
I have sensitive but dry skin, prone to redness around the t-zone. Things I love about this product: it smells of rosewater and sugar, (like Turkish delight!), and it emulsifies into a milk on contact with water. It leaves a slightly waxy residue, so you do want to take it off with a cloth or flannel — but for dry skin this is fine. Copes with eye make-up reasonably well, which is to say it won't remove waterproof mascara in one go, but is fine for eyeshadow and eyeliner. And hasn't provoked redness, as even other balms and cream-cleansers sometimes do. Good for the price-point.

Good for dry skin but not the best at removing mascara
This had a kind of a whipped gel-like consistency. It’s not as good as removing mascara as other oil based cleaners (I have used dermalogica pre-cleanse and origins) so probably the ideal way to use it would be to use an eye make up remover first. Because it’s balmy/gelly, it’s harder to get completely off your skin, but I find the slight oily layer it leaves works in its favour if you have dry skin. I usually use this when it’s very cold and dry outside to help retain moisture, but usually I’m oily so don’t use it the rest of the time and wash my face with a foamy cleanser after.

New Favorite Cleanser
I love this cleanser! I use it every night, and it leaves my face feeling soft - No dryness whatsoever. I don't wear a lot of makeup except light concealer and lipstick, and it does take them off well. I think it could possibly remove full coverage makeup, but would need a double cleanse. I have combination skin and this suits me very well. Also, I use it with a spatula and clean hands, otherwise the melt turns into creamy consistency, and I love the before gel texture. This travel size is good to try out, but I'll be buying the bigger version now.

Good cleanser but.....
I really love this product as a cleanser, it leaves my skin feeling clean and it doesn't strip any moisture away in fact I think it adds. It's super fresh but gentle which I need for my skin as I do struggle with dry skin that is prone to oilyness. Buttttt you can't use it to take make up off, it didn't really do anything apart from maybe making it harder to get off?! Recommend using after taking it off and as a general cleanser that's it. Another good point I can add is that you can reuse the container if you want to reduce waste.

Amazingly gentle but effective
I've been using this cleanser for about 8 months now and love it. I have very sensitive, eczema prone skin around my eyes and this is the only cleanser I have found which is gentle enough to use in this area. I've tried hundreds in my time over the years and before I discovered Evolve was using just plain water to clean my eyes as everything else either made my eczema 100 times worse or stung terribly. This however was so gentle and really made my skin soft and hydrated. This is the only one I trust now to clean my eye area.

Clean, Gentle and totally worth it.
I have never tried a cleansing melt before, but after hearing about Evolve and the cleanliness of their products and not to mention the benefits of using their products - for the price - I had to try it. I am always hesitant to use new things on my face - I have combination sensitive skin, and it depend son the weather (my face is dryer in the winter and more oily in the summer!). I used this melt as part of a double cleanse routine at night to get rid of dirt...etc. It lathers so nicely onto your skin, it makes it feel SO soft and lush. I cannot express my love for this product enough! It is clean, it has no fragrance, and is perfect for any skin condition and need.
Each product is uniquely made and you can feel the love that goes into it.... Try it. For the price it is so worth it. When I wake up my skin always looks and feels plumper and more hydrated/ healthier!

I love it!
I have been using Evolve products for only a month but I love everything I've tried.
after
i remove my makeup I put this on my face and then use wet hands to gently spread it into all areas of my face. It is great at getting all the last bits of makeup off and leaves the skin soft and clean. There is no tightness or residue left.
