Beautifully sweet and elegant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell of this perfume is by far one of my favourites. iI’s beautifully sweet and fruity with a floral undertone which leaves a deliciously smelling odour. The smell is subtle, but strong, and last all day. It has a really lovely violet smell to it and I kept getting compliments all day with people saying ‘you smell great’ which is always my favourite reaction when I wear a new perfume. The bottle is beautifully designed and you get a great amount of perfume within the bottle, it’s very elegant and has a luxurious and expensive look to it. I would definitely recommend this perfume it smells amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this perfume, it has a nice violet scent along with something lush and makes you feel feminine and loved by someone, by yourself. This fragrance is very special and unique. I like the bottle shape, its kinda royal, simple but very appealing. It's easy to hold and spray in the same time. I can't say if its for specific occasion as I would wear it every day no matter what season of the year is. I like the purple color of the perfume itself. I think its a hreat Luxory gift for a very special person.

Does not linger :(
I was so disappointed to see that Insolence had been discontinued and then happy when I saw I could still purchase via the company.
When I tried it it still smelt the same however I noticed that the smell didn’t linger. No sooner had I put it in I couldn’t smell it anymore :(. Given the price and I deliberately bought a parfum rather than an Eau du toilette I was gutted!!
The only up side? I got 3 parfum samples of other perfumes by the company and wow! There is one I love and it lasts ages and ages so this will be my new go to for next year.

Long lasting fragrance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the bottle arrived I was a little disappointed at the styling and quality of the bottle. For a more expensive brand and fragrance I'd like the bottle to be a little more individual than just glass with a stick on. The top is plastic which makes it feel a little cheaper.
The fragrance itself isn't personally for me. It does last for hours and smells nice but I found that it reminded me of a fragrance my nan used to wear and my mum commented the same!
It's a soft fragrance which is good for day to day but at the price point I wouldn't personally buy it as it isn't a bold enough smell.
Really enjoyed testing this though and asking everyone's opinions - it really does last for days which is a great attribute.

lovely bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my partner had high hopes for this fragrance, absolutely loves the bottle shape and colour but wasnt too keen in the fragrance at all. she was expecting a more delicate smell. she felt it was a little old fashioned a fragrance, really strong at the start but smelt better as the day went on. It lasted most of the day, so was pleased about that. its certainly a desired fragrance. best advice to try before you buy.

Beautiful Perfume
This is by far the most beautiful scented violet perfume I have ever purchased. The scent is so strong and sweet and it smells just like parma violet sweets. I only apply it once during the day as the scent lasts all day on my skin, so it is worth the cost.
It is very noticeable as a lot of people have commented how lovely I smell. This perfume can be worn both during the day and an evening out. Also the bottle is beautifully made and unique.

Something different
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the outset I was impressed by the look of the product. Packaging looked premium and made me want to look inside and I wasn’t disappointed. The fragrance was fresh and was exactly the small I was looking for. Nice floral notes without being too over powering. I have used it for everyday use and for a night out and it works well in both applications. Overall a great addition to my collection!

Unfortunately, just a shadow of what it used to be
Every year my oldest friend is offering this perfume as a gift for my birthday. It is for the first time in almost ten years when I thought she got a fake without knowing. But no... the formula is changed, it smells terrible, like a very cheap perfume. Such a shame... it was such a beautiful and elegant product. I am so sorry to part with my favorite brand. But really, you should at least let people know.
