Disappointed! Not good for dry skin!
I brought this foundation with high hopes as it had glowing reviews. I did my research beforehand as I have dry/normal skin and it always seemed to pop up as a good foundation for dry skin, I don’t know who determined that but in my case defiantly not true I have foundations bought for £8.00 that make my skin look better. The other day my mum turned round to me and said ‘what’s wrong with you skin? It looks really cakey, not very nice. Is it quite a cheap foundation?’ When in fact it’s 3x the price she thought it was. It made my nose and around it look super dry and my T-zone. Honestly my skin looked so much better before, mad me appreciate my natural skin better if anything. The consistency of the foundation is really weird to like a light, sun-tan lotion; thin and slightly sticky. The only thing good about this foundation was that it matched my complexion perfectly, I have very pale skin so it’s hard for me. But overall waisted my money being a student and all!

My Holy Grail
I have tried so many high end foundations but for me this tops them all, it's blendability is amazing and it literally makes your skin look like silk and completely flawless. I've been swayed by other brands in the past but always end up coming back to this. It's unscented, I know that bothers some people and I've never had a breakout whilst wearing it. Santa Fe is the perfect shade for my medium neutral toned skin. The longevity is good too, i apply it in the morning and it still looks amazing in the evening. I would highly recommend this foundation to anyone, I've never found a formula like it.

Good, but not excellent
First of all I have dry skin, scars, prone to acne. Although this is supposed to be a glowing foundation, is not. It has more like a matte, skin like finish which I like, but I have to moisturise my skin very well before applying, otherwise is going to dry me more. The finish is very natural and almost invisible on the skin, and the coverage is low to medium, but easy to build up. A huge plus is that the colour match is excellent. I am in the Deuville shade (light skin tone with neutral undertones). But the down side of this is that is not lasting well on the skin, without touching up, more than 4-5 hours.

Full coverage, great on my olive skin!!
This foundation goes on really well, I use a damp beauty sponge which give an even application. The foundation makes my skin look flawless, which is what I look for in any foundation. Also throughout the day my skin keep looking dewy and it doesn't slide off my skin or print onto clothing. I also find with my skin being slightly oily that I don't get the high shine I sometimes get from other foundations. I sometimes mix the foundation with a cream/liquid highlighter and my skin looks amazing and summer ready. I would recommend this to people with any skin type as I do tend to get dry cheeks and the foundation still looks flawless on them.

Best foundation I’ve ever used
I started using NARS concealer about a year ago and was so impressed that I tried the foundation. So glad I did. It’s fabulous. Over the years I’ve tried many brands including Mac and Dior - both of which gave me dry skin. Nars is perfect consistency and the range of shades is brilliant. I work long days. I apply my foundation about 6.30 in the morning and when I finish work at 20.30 it still looks good. The coverage is excellent but still looks natural. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Worth every penny.

Lightweight medium coverage!
This felt like a risky internet buy as I wasn't sure about getting the colour right. I used their skin match tool on their website before purchasing it here. The skin tone is a slightly more golden tone than my skin, which I actually like as it makes me look more glowy! My boyfriend says he doesn't think it looks the wrong colour so I assume it's only as I look closely!
It doesn't feel thick, which I'm delighted about as I hate heavy claggy foundations. It gives a medium coverage and I think the bottle will last a while. A heads up that you need to get the pump separately, or just tap some onto your hand like I do!

Probably one of the best foundations out there. Great coverage with a luminous finish ( love me some glowing skin). Everytime i have it on people ask about my skin and what foundation I have on. If you like yellow undertone and in the shade (nc30/37mac) get Stromboli.
Coverage is amazing -buildable can be as light or as heavy as you like... i have some acne scars and it covers it so it’s a win for me.. defo recommend this.

All round good foundation
Firstly I was very happy/lucky with the colour choice as Mont Blanc is a perfect everyday match for my quite pale skin tone. The consistency of the foundation itself is quite liquidy and its a shame that the bottle does not come with a pump. the finish of this foundation on my skin seems to be more demi matt rather than a "glow" but I find it is better for transition into winter. Great coverage in a very buildable and blendable foundation which doesn't seem to cling to dry patches or settel in fine lines on the skin and lasts a reasonable length of time.
Overall love this foundation for a non-cakey almost flawless look with minimal effort as the formula is very easy to work with.

I would say shade 4 Deauville. I use this and my shade in light wonder is 3 fair also :)

Hi I currently wear Estée Lauder double wear foundation In ivory beige for day wear then nigh wear I use the Mac studio fix foundation nc37. Can u recommend what could would suit me in the nars sheer glow foundation please??
I wear stromboli in Nars and I used
to wear Mac Studio Fix Fluid in NC35, however my sisters said it was too dark. I would say Barcelona but I could be wrong. I would advise you look at reviews etc done by bloggers as they show comparisons swatches.
