Great product for low porosity hair
I found this product recently, good for me hehe. Actually, I was using my cream for years until they dramatically changed formulation (not John Frieda brand). So I've been looking for a decent replacement. And finally I found this mousse with VP METHACRYLAMIDE VYNIL IMIDAZOLE on the second place of ingredients!!! (Big happy smile) That only Copolymer can hold my curls without weighting them down. I have 2b low porosity, medium or a bit lower density hair so any gel doesn't really make me look the best. With this mousse I can air dry but mostly prefer curler to make waves. This product you can use in both ways which is awesome! It doesn't make hair greasy. I DO REALLY HOPE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE FORMULATION. Please!!!

Frizz ease curl mousse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this product. Unlike any others I have used this has a light weight feel and isn't too heavy on the hair. I have naturally wavy hair, used this after washing and let it dry naturally in which it held all day! Other mousses I have used tend to feel really sticky and heavy on my hair but this one feels so light weight and has made my hair feel smooth and clean! Good value for money and would 100% recommend for unruly hair! I have never used a frizz ease product before but will after using this! This will help me to use heat styling products less often as I can use the mousse and leave to dry naturally!

John Frieda frizz ease curl reviver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening this product, I liked the packaging. The can looks very upmarket and makes you feel a bit special when using it. I also liked the texture of the mouse itself, as it wasn't too sticky or frothy. The smell of it was ok, not the most pleasant though. Now for the most important part, was it frizz reducing? I'm afraid to say I wasn't overly excited about the way it affected my hair style. I would say I have medium to high level of frizzy hair, and although the mouse did reduce the frizz a bit, I don't feel that it did the job quite as well as I would have liked it to.

Stains clothes but works well
Good news is that it really does work and my curls look frizz free and feel super soft.
Bad news is that it stains some clothes and now some of my favourite tops are ruined. If you're gonna use this and let your hair air dry like i do then wear an old top you don't mind getting stained until it's dry!

It's changed
I have used this mousse for years and was fantastic but you seem to have Changed the recipe which no longer works so am in the process of looking for an alternative brand

Terrible
I used this products for years because it was silicone free I’ve been wondering why I haven’t enjoyed using it recently so I checked the ingredients and it seems dimenthicone has been added. Why?! I much preferred the old formula. I won’t be using John Frieda anymore.

Amazing!!
Just bought this after my hair went through a protein overload and I was desperately trying to find a way to bring my waves back. This was so light weight, didn't stretch my waves out and it diffused beautifully and for the first time ever I actually achieved scrunch out the crunch!! I used it with the curling cream of the same line, it was the first curling cream that worked ever on my hair. The result was soft fluffy waves with some curls!

defined curls without being hard
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having curly / wavy / frizzy hair, I am always on the lookout for new products. That being said, I haven't used a mousse for years as they tend to make your curls hard or geasy. I tend to use sprays. However, this product does not make your curls hard. I have given it a 4 as I did feel my hair looked a little greasy with the mousse in, but it was easy to use and very effective, cutting the time needed to get ready. The photo was taken on day two and I am amazed that I don't need to wash my hair again as usually if i use products it has to be washed daily. The curls are very defined and frizz is minimal. Excuse the tired eyes - jetlag!!
