Hair feels so so smooth
When using this conditioner I found my hair was extremely smooth and had a nice shiny vibrancy to it, the next day after washing it my hairbrush just glided through my hair, that is how luscious this shampoo and conditioner has made it. When rubbing the conditioner into my hair I could feel how smooth my hair was Turning out. Not only does this product make you're brunette colour more vibrant but also make's your hair look very healthy and feel very healthy aswell as it feels like it isn't dry dry at all anymore. Befor using this product I found my hair lacked colour as it look dull and dry and now it's shiny, smooth and vibrant.

Midnight Brunette Colour Deepening Shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product comes in a very convenient tube. The consistency is neither too thin nor too thick. It lathers well on the hair and cleans the scalp perfectly. It smells beautiful, it's efficient and, as promised by the manufacturer, it slightly moisturises, gives luminosity and emphasizes the colour of brown hair. I like its texture, so creamy, delicate, unobtrusive and light. Product performance is very satisfactory. But above all, the effect! The hair is soft, easy to comb, does't frizz or greasy, it just looks healthy and beautiful. In a duet with a conditioner from the same series, it does the same, only even better!

I wasnt sure what to expect as had never used a colour deepening shampoo before, I've got to say, i was pleasantly surprised with the results. I've been using this shampoo for two weeks now, I wanted to use it a few times before writing a review! My hair colour has been massively lifted, the condition of my hair from using both the shampoo and matching conditioner has improved massively. I've loved using them and will continue to use them both. I've told so many of my friends about the john frieda range now, I'd recommend it to anyone

Really good, but looks off putting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is fantastic!! Let's get that straight from the off set. It smells amazing and it leaves your hair feeling so soft and smooth. This conditioner (coupled with the shampoo) has really helped to fight the frizz and tame my hair. However, the colour and consistency is off putting. Let's just say its quick thick and an interesting shade brown. The first time I used it, I was a bit unsure if I wanted to lather it all over my hair!! But once I got past the look and actually used the product, I realised how good it really is. I highly recommend

Lovely product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about Midnight Brunette shampoo was the smell...my boyfriend said quote, "your hair smells absolutely beautiful"! My hair is curly so I go for no sulphates, parabens etc so I was pleasantly surprised my hair wasn't too frizzy the next day and had a nice shine to it. I did notice a slight difference to the colour my med/dark brunette hair looked a little darker but I'm going to keep using it as I think that will really help to deepen the colour.

Healthy cool toned hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a fair amount of brunette shampoos over the years, but nothing quite like this. Most leave your hair with golden, warm tones. This is the first shampoo I have tried which gives your hair cool, rich deep tones and the effect is beautiful. I prefer to be a cooler toned brunette as cooler tones match my skin better, making this the perfect shampoo for me. It also leaves a healthy mirror-like shine. Perfect.

I've never tried shampoo for specific hair colour, mostly going for dry hair or volumizing ones from Toni&guy, but I need to say John Frieda Midnight Brunette Deepening Shampoo is my new favourite. Honestly, the smell is everything! Also the consistency feels very silky. So far, I've used it twice and I felt the difference after the first time. My hair is more nourished, soft and moisturised. I haven't seen any change in the colour but I don't mind.

Rinse the bath!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isnt my first time using a colour imparting shampoo so first things first: if you dont rinse the bath/shower thoroughly after using you may be spending some time scrubbing this off. Pleasant to use, smells lovely and rinses well. Didnt irritate my sensitive scalp. Left my hair feeling smooth. Havent used enough times to comment on the colour imparting/darkening effects but Im hopeful.
