[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasnt sure what to expect from this john frieda colour deepening shampoo but i really liked it. My hair colour was starting to fade and look dull and lifeless. This shampoo made it look full again and a gorgeous glowing brunette. The texture of the shampoo was perfect, the colouring doesn't stay on your hands or anything. I teamed the midnight brunette colour deepening shampoo with the matching john frieda conditioner and they go perfectly together. Its definitely a shampoo that i will keep on using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this along with the shampoo and it has left my hair feeling soft and smooth an hardly any tangles my hair is very thick and I didn't have to straighten after using it. Have been recommending it to all my brunette friends. It's also kept my dyed hair longer with colour absolutely fab. I have already purchased it again. I didn't have to wash my hair every other day either I think I got 3-4 days out of it with my hair looking greasy. Will keep recommending.

Beautiful rich tones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a fair amount of brunette conditioners over the years, but nothing quite like this. Most leave your hair with golden, warm tones. This is the first conditioner I have tried which gives your hair cool, rich deep tones and the effect is beautiful. I prefer to be a cooler toned brunette as cooler tones match my skin better, making this the perfect conditioner for me. It also leaves a healthy mirror-like shine. Perfect.

Happy with the effects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love how this conditioner smells. Ive only used it twice but it feels and smells like salon quality.
Im unable to attest to the colour deepening claims but maybe with a few more uses that may change. I find the occasional grey hair in my fringe and so far I still am. Will keep using and hopefully avoid the hair dye boxes for a while longer yet! It has a kind of peppery smell that reminds me of Molton Brown and you can see the brown in it when applying. Ive only used it twice but it feels and smells like salon quality.

Would definitely buy this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner rinsed out really easy and my hair felt silky smooth once it was all rinsed out
I have used both the shampoo and conditioner 3 times now and i have noticed a difference in the colour. I have dyed brown hair at the moment (natural colour is brown but it was bleached blonde) my roots had been growing in for a few months and were getting noticeable but using this had made it less noticeable

Has a hint of chocolate smell
When I first had this shampoo in my hand I smelt it and it smelt like choco so I new I was going to enjoy using it :). The liquid comes out dark brown with a shine through it when I massages it through my hair i could feel that it was gentle on my hair and didn't feel like it was stripping the goodness away. After using this with the brunette conditioner my hair has been very silky, shiny and vibrant in colour. My hair isn't dull at all.

Lovely nourishing conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this conditioner to be very nourishing for my hair. Lovely smell to the product. As I have thick curly hair I found I had to use quite a bit of product to cover my hair but my hair felt soft and smooth afterwards. I didn't notice a huge change in the deepening of my hair colour, however hopefully with repeated use this might change.

Smells good , works well

There wasnt much difference after the first wash however after around 3 washes I can honestly say that I can see the colour of my hair is slightly more intense . Instead of plain old boring brown it now has some lovely tones to it . I will definitely continue to use this shampoo
