Good product
Don't purchase this product after you have fried your hair with bleach expecting miracles. It's an excellent product but can only do much and this is of course if it's protein you need and not moisture. My hair was over processed by the salon and the ends were effectively dead. This product did strengthen my hair but dried out the dead ends even more. I think this is a great product to use immediately after you have bleached your hair rather than a last resort repair. It's also not a conditioner so a moisture rich conditioner afterwards does a perfect job.

My holy grail keratin treatment
I've been using this for 10 years now and I will not use anything else.
I read some of the other reviews and quite a few have rated it poorly because they don't understand the product. This is NOT a conditioning treatment. It's not going to add moisture or softness to your hair. The K in K-pak stands for keratin which strengthens the hair and repairs damage. You need to follow this with a deep conditioning treatment and make sure to do a clarifying cleanse before it.
A good way to tell if your hair needs keratin is if it stretches then snaps when wet.

Hmmmm Jury’s still out
My hair is super super damaged and so I bought this to go along with the shampoo. The product is... oddly formulated. It’s not a thick conditioner type of liquid- it looks like it still needs to be mixed and bound together properly, like before eggs are properly whisked together.
The smell is off too, first off the bat it’s not very pleasant and then it develops an artificial banana type smell. Strange.
In terms of effect, it seems to be ok. My hair is super bleached damaged so there’s not much that can truly repair that, but this is very pricey for the amount you get so am holding out hope that it does... something

Confused???
I have used this product in the past (10+ year ago) and I loved how it transforms the condition of my hair. I don’t know if the composition of the conditioner has changed because I found the product hard to dispense, the consistency wasn’t the same and neither were the results. Kpak what have you done?

Brilliant for brittle hair.
Im so glad I finally got around to trying this. I'd tried everything else including PK Elasticiser, but my fragile uncoloured, untreated hair continued to split and break off. This deep conditioner makes my hair feel smooth, look shiny, and has less split ends. Win! Will be reordering.

Superb for very bleached hair.
This is excellent and easy to use conditioning product restoring dry brittle hair to it's former soft and glossy glory. I have very bleached almost white dyed hair and was recommended this and am so happy I gave it a go, a must have weekly treat for chemically abused hair.

Unpleasant smell
I bough this to try for my dry damaged hair from bleach highlights, the first thing that I noticed was the very unpleasant smell....... sweet sickly smell! The product made my hair feel very dry & sticky when blow drying it not like I imagined it would feel after a treatment ..... soft & silky! But it did seem to make the condition of my hair feel slightly better. I'm not sold on this product I think there are are better ones out there.
