The Best Since Slice Bread
I went to a department store to review my usual make-up remover but asking for one that can better remove my eye make-u without damaging my lashes, etc... the lady - there were no Lance products sold in this store - recommended me Lancome Bi-Facil from her personal use. I went to another department store and bought it, also highly recommended. I was on my previous make-up remover for the last 15 years.... I am now on Bi-Facil, certainly not looking back! Absolutely awesome

Great for my eyes
My eyes are very sensitive and always start watering no matter what make-up/ make-up cleanser I use, yet with this one there is no watering! If anything leaves my eyes very clean, very quick and no sting! My go to eye cleanser.
I find it a little too oily for the rest of my face (I have combination skin) so use something else for the rest of my face.

Wonderful.
Wonderful product. I have very sensitive eyes and have to be so careful of what I apply to remove eye make-up. It is an absolute pleasure to use and leaves eyes feeling brilliant. It is not oily and removes eye make-up so easily and that even includes waterproof mascara. You need such a small amount to remove your make-up.

The best!
A friend suggested I use this as I have sensetive eyes and every other eye make up
remover makes my eyes red and puffy.This is by far the best on the market in my opinion.It
removes make up easily,is gentle on my eyes
and they don’t go red and sore afterwards.The
only minus is that it’s a bit expensive for a smallish bottle.

The best!
I have used this cleanser for many years. It was called Effacil Gel at one time. It was replaced with this product and it is the best eye make remover ever!
It is especially good for sensitive eyes as it never irritates but removes every scrap of eye make up....even waterproof! I will never be without it!

Please Never Change!
I have ridiculously sensitive eyes. I have tried so many "sensitive" eye make up removers and then stumbled across this as a free sample, I have bought 3 bottles since then. It is the ONLY eye makeup remover I can use that doesn't sting and actually removes my eye makeup

Nice Cleanser
Nice cleanser. Works really well and removes even waterproof mascara without too much work, no rubbing or pulling. Just hold a moistened pad over the eye to let it soak in, and gently wipe. All traces of make up is gone.No oilyness is left on skin, just clean and fresh.
