Really disappointed
I’ve been using the Rose & Lavender Cleanse and Polish for as long as it has been around - loved the texture, loved the smell - an absolutely brilliant cleanser. When I bought my first tube of the newly packaged R&L I was assured that it was the same product. I’ve either received a rogue faulty product or it has indeed changed. The product look and feels very bitty almost as if it has gone off or has separated. It’s not creamy like it used to be. See my attached photos for the difference between the old and new product. Also, you can’t get all the product out of the new eco packaging which surely makes it less environmentally friendly. I won’t be buying again.

Not like it used to be
I have used cleanse and polish, in all its variations, for many years and has always been my favourite cleanser. However, on ordering this Rose and Lavender c&p , I was disappointed it wasn’t in the pump as before, so much easier with a measured amount and no wastage. With the tube you always have to cut it open to get every last bit out. And I loved having the various pumps on show in my bathroom with the beautiful designs. My real disappointment with this purchase was the aroma, or should I say the lack of it! For the first time ever, very disappointed with this product.

Miss the pump.
I have been using this for many years, ever since you first introduced it. However when I sought to order my next batch I was very disappointed to see that you have ditched the pump in favour of a tube. Whilst this contains the same amount, it will not last as long because it can't dispense measured doses. Please consider bringing back the pump.

I have just bought the cleanser in the new tube and it is completely different to the version with the pump dispenser. No smell
of lavender at all and the texture of the cleanser is not creamy as in the old version.

Changed for the worst
I have used Cleanse and Polish for many many years. For the past couple of years I have used only Rose and Lavender which was very gentle on my skin. The new version is not nice to use, the texture is so thick it hardly comes out of the tube and the fragrance is not the same, it has a chemical undertone. The worst thing is that my skin feels very tight after using this product which I never experienced with the pump version. I am very disappointed and will look for a new cleanser.

New experience
I am in my late 50s and started getting breakouts. My skincare routine has always been cleanse, tone and moisturise. Having dry skin I NEVER put water on my face!
My daughter has used LE for a while and encouraged me to trial the hot cloth cleaner. I decided to try Rose and Lavender thinking it may suit a more sensitive skin. I'll be honest, I was sceptical however I am delighted with the results.

Slightly stingy skin
I use the regular Cleanse & Polish twice daily and thought I’d try the Rose & Lavender version. The first thing I noted was the thicker and more grainy texture than the regular smooth cream-like texture of the regular version. Then, my skin, which is never sensitive or flares up, went red in patches and felt like it was stinging a little. I will therefore stick to the standard cleanser in future.

Disappointing
I have been using Liz Earle cleanse and polish for over 15 years now and have normally ordered the circular pump C&P where the finish was nice and creamy to apply.
I bought two of the new packaged ones, this being one and when squeezed out seems thick and clumpy to apply?… sorry to say but disappointed
