Should carry a warning about colour staining
I started to used this a week ago, I didn't notice any benefits but last night I was plucking my eyebrows and noticed a very odd yellow staining on the nose side. I got a tissue and removed it, it came off. Now, I'm now expert but if a stain can be inadvertently left under eyebrow hair it clearly must be the same around the eyes. There is no warning about yellow transfer and when I looked at the roller there is a colour around it. I would also point out the product is advertised with a steel roller, not this cheap plastic roller. I'm surprised this is being sold as it is the worst eye gel I've bought, regardless of the cost, if a bright yellow colour is in the ingredients it should warn buyers. In the bin..

Faulty tube, so unable to use serum
I was excited to try this serum and was so disappointed to receive a faulty tube. I could not get the serum to go onto the rollerball. Today I tried to squeeze the serum out and the roller ball exploded out of the tube and the bathroom and I were sprayed with serum. What a waste of money, I have no idea if the serum works, except as a sink cleaner. I would not recommend this product until they improve their faulty tubes. Disappointed in this product.

Great value!!
This is really something I haven't tried before, I was a little apprehensive about this Caffeine for eyes, but was very pleasantly surprised when, after a few days, I noticed the dark circles under my eyes had almost gone, and, the "puffiness" had totally gone. Don't know if I was just lucky, or that happens for everyone, but I am very pleased with this improvement, and, from my own experience, I would recommend this product.

Pleasant surprise!
I have tried many eye creams/serums/gels/etc. I don't know how to be specific about this but after two-three weeks, the skin around my eyes seems a bit brighter, giving me a fresher, less tired look.
When you roll it on, you'll think nothing is coming out but don't worry - it is! Just a very thin layer, which when you think about it, is perfect for the thin layer of skin under your eyes.
I'd recommend trying this, especially considering the price! I'm interested to see if I see any further improvements or if I've hit the plateau. Either way, I'm pleasantly surprised with this purchase.

Tired Baggy Eyes Be Gone!
Having tried several other caffeine serums I was keen to try out the Q+A version. I love it! It’s by far the best at depuffing under eye bags after a late night. Dries quickly and not at all sticky. A couple of tips: 1) Make sure you pop the tube in the fridge overnight then come morning it’s a real soothing treat for the eyes. 2) Roll the rollerball all the way around the eye contour- Including the eyelid! Really perks you up in the morning. 3) Keep it in your pocket (alongside your Liquorice Lip Oil) so you can give a quick under-eye-swipe if you’re feeling a bit mehh come 2pm :-)

A godsend for tired eyes
I have such bad eye bags it looks like I’m smuggling pebbles under there. I’ve also been sleeping badly recently and have found that I look puffy and haggard. This is really soothing to put on, especially chilled and is very easy to apply. I was particularly keen on the rollerball application because I have dermatillomania and having beauty products that reduce the amount I have to touch my face is very helpful for breaking bad habits. I have pretty sensitive eyes too and this has not caused any redness or stinging. Really enjoying the routine of using it quickly twice a day and have definitely noticed my eyes are less puffy. It will be especially nice in the warmer months, taken from the fridge! Highly recommend.

Really works!
When I looked in the mirror this morning I was really shocked to notice how smooth and bright my undereyes looked. I've been using this product for just under a month. Usually I just use eye cream because everyone says you should but don't necessarily notice any difference, but this one has really made a change. Despite getting the same anount of sleep as usual, my undereyes have never looked better! It's also super lightweight, the first few times I put it on I used wayyyy too much because I didn't realise it had even come out!
