Stand Out Toner
I was looking for a product with niacinamide as it's key ingredient, as I was suffering with some breakouts and some hyper pigmentation so wanted to use something to help with that without being harsh on my skin barrier plus simple ingredients to prep my skin as I have never used niacinamide before. This toner has surpassed my expectations. The consistency is almost like water but does not feel like water on the skin it is quite moistruising but also clarifying unlike any toner i have used before. I have used this for over three weeks and my skin has cleared up so much and my hyperpigmentation has gotten better and skin feels more balanced. It is goof for my skin and am happy!

BEST TONER EVER
I started using this TONER about 3 months back and I can honestly say that it's THE best TONER I've ever used. You have NO stripping of the skin. You have NO burning eyes. You just have pure healthy glass like skin that I am absolutely delighted with. I understand it is obviously a culmination of this TONER working in conjunction with the other products I'm using but it is simply the find of this century..fir me. I went out and ordered another 3 bottles...just in case. I cannot recommend this TONER highly enough. Thank you Q & A for the purity of your products as well as your great prices. 10 out of 10. Incredible stuff for dry/sensitive skin. STAPLE!
I have been trying for years to get rid of my dry skin. I’ve been through all the different products you can imagine including electrical exfoliation. I tried this product after some research on dry skin and it IS INCREDIBLE. After using it just once my skin became soft and felt that extra bit clean. No flaky skin, no hard patches on my forehead. I couldn't believe it - FINALLY! This is definitely going to be a staple in my beauty regimen! The only thing i slightly dislike is the lack of a fresh fragrance but I can put up with that!

Fabulous Product, product WAYY too small.
I have been using the Q+A Niacinamide Daily Toner for a few months now (just finished my first bottle).
The product itself if fabulous. I don't have any reactions to it (I normally break out to everything my skin is so sensitive) and it leaves my skin feeling super clean and ready to continue on with my routine.
I wish that the toner bottle was larger. My toner is gone, and I still have soooo much of my other Q+A products. I'm really hoping in the near future, they offer even a 200mL bottle. But 100mL is so small for daily household use in my opinion, especially when I use my routine products twice daily.

Game Changer
This singular product has totally changed my skin. I have combination but dry skin, prone to breakouts, which has plagued me my whole life. Having tried a LOT of products over the years, gradually narrowing it down to a few trusted items which have combated the dryness, but not totally addressed the breakouts. I use it twice daily after cleansing but before moisturising and have stuck with my usual routine - I cannot rave enough about how much this has transformed my skin! It has been a month now... no breakouts and my skin has a lovely matt softness to it. As with any new product you need to go through an adjustment period, but this only lasted a few days for me. Highly recommended!

Refreshing and does the job!
I bought this two weeks ago. It arrived incredibly quickly, even in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. It’s a no frills product that is in practical packaging, that leaves my skin feeling incredibly clean and clear. Since beginning to use it, I haven’t had any more spots than usual and would say I have a lot less spots than usual for this time of the month (I have acne) and my skin is noticeably brighter throughout the day. I also have fewer blackheads and less congested pores. I use this alongside the zinc serum and find they work brilliantly together for acne prone skin. I also have eczema prone skin and this is not at all drying in the areas that tend to dry out with toning products. Smells great too, is excellent value for money and I appreciate the honesty on the packaging and ethical standpoint of the company. Five stars!

Best niacinamide
I tried using the niacinamide & zinc serum from the ordinary and it broke me out massively, even after a month of use! I still wanted to give niacinamide a chance as it’s meant to be really good so I bought this one and wow i was not disappointed. Gets rid of any redness you may have from spots or just sensitive skin, and mainly it shrunk my pores so much and really helps to unclog them as thats a major skin concern of mine. Highly recommend!

Amazing Game Changer
I had been looking for new skin care products as my current ones didn't seem to be doing the trick and saw Q&A on Instagram, read a few reviews and took the skin care quiz. Q&A suggested the balance me bundle and what a difference in my skin, my pores and the overall glow of my skin! All the products in the balance me bundle are amazing and game changing! This particular product though has given my pores a makeover and I have really noticed a difference in their size. I'm super chuffed to have found this brand and even better the price is amazing too!

Can I use this twice daily? Also, can I use the ordinary niacinamide 10% and zinc 1% after using the Q+A niacinamide toner or is that too much?
Yes it can be used twice a day. I also have used the Niacinamide and zinc serum together and never had a issue. As they are not acids I don’t think it’s too much and shouldn’t cause any irritation. It will help with oil control and reduce pore size over time.
