Much better than Elemis and The Body Shop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to make removing butters and balms a few years back, after make up wipes used to make my eyes red and watery after using them.
I mainly used Elemis balms and the camomile butter from The Body shop but this grapefruit one is just amazing!
Its applies itself so well to my skin, and melts the make up away easily, especially waterproof mascara!
And then it just washes away with a clean cloth. My skin felt almost velvety afterwards and smelt beautiful!
I absolutely will be switching to this balm, and recommend it genuinely 100%.

Lovely cleanser
I tried this for the first time this month as I prefer a balm cleanser and had been using a different one but it was in such a tiny jar I was going through it really fast.
I love the smell of this cleanser as Grapefruit is one of my favourite things! A little goes a long way and it effectively removes make
up and mascara. I will definitely repurchase but wish it wasn’t it a plastic tube, I know it’s recyclable but I’d love it if Q&A would consider a refill system or maybe sugar cane based tubes?
My skin looks really fresh and clear and feels moisturised after use without being greasy.

Good budget cleanser for quick daily use
This balm has a great texture, it is thinner than other balms which means it is quicker and easier to apply. I have taken to using this as my daily cleanser as a budget alternative to thicker, Premium balms like Take The Day Off or Elemis Rose Balm. It does not have the feel of a luxury balm and it only removes light makeup well. For a heavier makeup day, I need to double cleanse. I have sensitive skin and noticed a little redness in the first couple of weeks of use, but this settled easily and did not persist for me. It doesn't emulsify brilliantly ,which could be an issue for oilier skin types. Overall, it works well for me for a quick daily cleanse and it smells fab, but i would still turn to premium brands for a deep cleanse or facial.

Cheaper alternative - not 100% sure its worth it
I bought this to try as I read about how great it was and how much like a similar product it was...however it's not as good as the similar product. Yes its far cheaper and a slightly larger size. It does have a great fruity smell. It does work i.e it gets rid of everything/make up. However, it doesn't have the same luxurious feeling or spa-like smell that give me such a lift and hugging feeling. It also goes a bit liquidy if stored upright so I tend to lie it down. I will use it till its gone but will be returning to my more expensive product.

This cleanser is AMAZING. I’ve never used anything like this before. I previously used Lancôme cleanser to remove my makeup but tried this along with the balancing bundle and WOW - I’m fully converted! It smells beautiful, packaging is attractive and I actually look forward to using this at the end of the day. It’s a smooth balm, which you apply by massaging in to your face - it totally melts away all traces of makeup, even oil based foundation, then wipe off with a warm damp cloth. It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft & cleansed and no traces of makeup left, which is evident when I use the toner after - no makeup traces. I’ll never go back to Lancôme again, this is the most fabulous cleanser ever. My skin has never been in such good condition! Love it

Fantastic and gentle cleanser
I've recently started double cleansing, i have combination skin (verging on oily when hormonal!)
In the past i never would've dreamed of using a cleansing balm, but this has totally changed my opinion. It's brilliant at removing all my makeup without stripping my skin of it's natural oils. After using this i cleanse again to make sure my face is throughly clean. My breakouts have definitely improved since doing this routine. This is the first product from Q&A i've used - i can't wait to try more!

Worth trying
Nice cleanser with lovely smell. Does what its supposed to do but not completely blown away with how well, and fast, it melts off makeup. Definitely hydrating though without feeling oily or greasy after rinsing

Love this!
I love this cleansing balm! The smell is gorgeous and it goes on like a dream, really gets rid of makeup and my skin feels lovely and soft afterwards. I will continue using this!

Does the smell on the smell last? I get up at 4.30am to go the gym. I want a face wash I can use that smells amazing but lasts and I can smell for a bit.
No the smell disappears after washing
